背景技术
在全球节能的大趋势下，建筑节能标准将会随着时间的推移不断提高。这必将带来节能材料、节能产品巨大的市场需求。作为建筑业中备受重视的建筑外墙保温，也应以节能、环保、低碳为准则，尽量采用不燃、防火性能好，且环保节能的新型外墙保温材料。所以建筑墙体改革与墙体节能技术的发展是建筑节能技术的一个最重要的环节，发展外墙保温技术及节能材料则是建筑节能的主要实现方式。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可直接浇注成形的A级防火保温装饰一体板，轻质耐震，能减轻基础承重，具有很好的隔热性能、无毒无害、环保节能。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种可直接浇注成形的A级防火保温装饰一体板，包括金属面板，金属面板的内表面上由外而内依次设置着防火布隔热层以及发泡水泥保温层。
粘接在金属面板后的防火布增强了建筑物的防火性能，提高了装饰面层表面的平整度，在确保保温性能不变的同时提高防火等级，具有轻质耐震、减轻基础承重、具有很好的隔热性能、无毒无害、环保节能。

具体实施方式
一种可直接浇注成形的A级防火保温装饰一体板，如图1所示，包括金属面板5，金属面板5的内表面上由外而内依次设置着防火布隔热层4以及发泡水泥保温层3。防火布作为金属面板背部的辅强层，既增强板材耐冲击性，又确保了在采用A级不燃保温材料的发泡水泥接灌注发泡在成型的金属面板（铝板、镀铝锌钢板）后，金属板面的平整度；之后经过短时间养护后直接安装上墙2。金属面板根据工程的分割图纸决定该金属面板的尺寸，四周折边，折边尺寸根据设计院针对该工程的保温层厚度而定，与该保温层厚度一致；发泡水泥保温层的厚度为10—20mm。可根据工地实际情况选择板材侧边带导热孔或全包结构。粘接在金属面板后的防火布增强了建筑物的防火性能，提高了装饰面层表面的平整度，在确保保温性能不变的同时提高防火等级，具有轻质耐震、减轻基础承重、具有很好的隔热性能、无毒无害、环保节能。

1.一种可直接浇注成形的A级防火保温装饰一体板，包括金属面板，其特征是：金属面板的内表面上由外而内依次设置着防火布隔热层以及发泡水泥保温层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可直接浇注成形的A级防火保温装饰一体板，其特征是：发泡水泥保温层的厚度为10—20mm。
