背景技术
目前对于污水处理厂排放水质要求越来越高,需要将污水进行深度处理。在水处理领域中,对水过滤主要采用罐体压力过滤和填料无压重力过滤,其滤料大部分呈水平分布,其主要缺点:水中悬浮物很快沉淀在滤料的表面,从而使过流面积减少,堵塞流水通道,必须要停机进行反冲洗,需要建设大型的鼓风机房,以及反冲洗泵房,并且一段时间就要更换滤料,运行能耗高,操作强度大,占地面积很大,土建费用高,单位吨水成本较高。在水处理技术领域中纤维滤料过滤池的应用越来越广泛,具有处理效果好,水质水量稳定,运行维护简单方便等优点。因此在污水处理厂提标改造过程中,需要处理水质更加稳定,滤料容易清洗及使用寿命长,已成为本领域急待解决的一个技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种污水处理滤板式滤池,具有可以进行混凝、絮凝处理,滤池处理水质更加稳定,水头损失小,占地面积小,使用寿命长,系统设备自动化连续运行和气水联合反清洗的特点。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种污水处理滤板式滤池,主要包括:依次连接的混凝池、絮凝池、滤池、清水池,混凝加药装置,絮凝加药装置,滤池内部的纤维滤板组件和吸泥泵,反冲洗泵,以及空压机;其特征在于:所述纤维滤板组件底部设置有集水管,且集水管均通过集水总管与清水池连接,并在集水总管与清水池之间的管道上设置有过滤阀;所述清水池底部设置有反冲洗泵。
所述混凝池和絮凝池均安装有搅拌机。
所述空压机通过管道与集水总管连接,并在空压机与集水总管之间的管道上设置有压缩空气阀。
进一步的,所述反冲洗泵通过管道与集水总管连接,并在反冲洗泵与集水总管之间的管道上设置有反冲洗阀。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:本实用新型一种污水处理滤板式滤池,具有可以进行混凝、絮凝处理,增强了过滤去除率,滤池处理水质更加稳定;由于过滤阻力较小,滤池水头损失小;滤池内安装的纤维滤板组件过滤面积大,整套设备占地面积小,纤维滤板组件使用寿命长;配置的吸泥系统自动连续运行,同时可以进行气水联合反清洗,滤池运行维护方便。

下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明,但本实用新型的实施方式不限于此。
实施例:如图1、图2、图3所示,本实用新型主要包括:依次连接的混凝池2、絮凝池5、滤池10、清水池15,混凝加药装置3,絮凝加药装置4,滤池10内部的纤维滤板组件7和吸泥泵12,反冲洗泵22,以及空压机23;其特征在于:所述纤维滤板组件7底部设置有集水管8,且集水管8均通过集水总管27与清水池15连接,并在集水总管27与清水池15之间的管道上设置有过滤阀24;所述清水池15底部设置有反冲洗泵22。
所述混凝池2和絮凝池5均安装有搅拌机21。
所述空压机23通过管道与集水总管27连接,并在空压机23与集水总管27之间的管道上设置有压缩空气阀26。
进一步的,所述反冲洗泵22通过管道与集水总管27连接,并在反冲洗泵22与集水总管27之间的管道上设置有反冲洗阀25。
本实用新型装置运行时:污水处理厂的污水经过前段处理沉淀后,由于污水处理厂排放水质要求提高,如悬浮物及化学需氧量等水质指标超标,还需进行过滤深度处理。待过滤处理水经过前段预处理后从进水管1进入混凝池2,混凝加药装置3向混凝池2加入混凝剂,絮凝加药装置4向絮凝池5加入絮凝剂,然后通过整流板6整流后通过纤维滤板组件7过滤,过滤水通过集水管8进入清水池15,纤维滤板组件7将悬浮物等污染物拦截,吸泥泵12通过吸泥总管11上连接的吸泥管9清理纤维滤板组件7上的悬浮物,吸出的悬浮物被抽入集泥槽18内。安装平台20可以在导轨13上来回滑动,实现对纤维滤板组件7的扫描式在线连续清理。液位计14检测液位上升后,启动反冲洗泵22和空压机23,关闭过滤阀24,开启反冲洗阀25和压缩空气阀26,利用气水联合反清洗,纤维滤板组件7恢复后进行过滤运行。
如上所述,便可以很好地实现本实用新型。

1.一种污水处理滤板式滤池,主要包括:依次连接的混凝池(2)、絮凝池(5)、滤池(10)、清水池(15),混凝加药装置(3),絮凝加药装置(4),滤池(10)内部的纤维滤板组件(7)和吸泥泵(12),反冲洗泵(22),以及空压机(23);其特征在于:所述纤维滤板组件(7)底部设置有集水管(8),且集水管(8)均通过集水总管(27)与清水池(15)连接,并在集水总管(27)与清水池(15)之间的管道上设置有过滤阀(24);所述清水池(15)底部设置有反冲洗泵(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水处理滤板式滤池,其特征在于:所述混凝池(2)和絮凝池(5)均安装有搅拌机(21)。
