背景技术
目前，在皮革生产过程中，放卷机架作用至关重要，但是现有的放卷机架的横杆上只有弧形凹槽，放卷轴放置在弧形凹槽上，在放卷过程中，放卷轴与弧形凹槽的摩擦较大，增加了放卷的难度；而且一般的放卷机架都是固定的，不利用移动调整。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的就在于克服上述不足，提供一种皮革放卷机架。 
为实现上述目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现： 
一种皮革放卷机架，包括机架本体，机架本体由底板、支柱、横杆组成，底板上表面为长方形，支柱为四根且固定于底板的四个角处，横杆为两根且固定在长方形的两条短边上的支柱上，横杆上设置有弧形凹槽，弧形凹槽内设置放卷轴，所述底板底部四个角处设置万向轮，弧形凹槽内相邻地设置两个轴承，通过轴承帽固定。
进一步，所述两个轴承在同一水平面上。 
进一步，两个轴承的间距是放卷轴直径的0.5～0.8倍。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于在弧形凹槽内设置两个轴承，放卷轴放置在两个轴承中间，在放卷过程中变为滚动摩擦，减小了摩擦力，减少了能量损耗；同时放卷机架底部设置了万向轮，方便移动。

如图1、图2所示的皮革放卷机架，包括机架本体，机架本体由底板1、支柱7、横杆2组成，底板1上表面为长方形，支柱7为四根且固定于底板1的四个角处，横杆2为两根且固定在长方形的两条短边上的支柱7上，横杆2上设置有弧形凹槽4，弧形凹槽4内设置放卷轴3，所述底板1底部四个角处设置万向轮8，弧形凹槽4内相邻地设置两个轴承5，通过轴承帽6固定在放卷过程中变为滚动摩擦，减小了摩擦力，减少了能量损耗；放卷机架底部设置了万向轮8，方便移动。
两个轴承5在同一水平面上，能够方便支撑放卷轴3，有益于放卷轴3的转动。 
两个轴承5的间距是放卷轴3直径的0.6倍，放卷轴3放置于两轴承5之间，且不会被卡住，增强了放卷轴3与轴承5的滚动效果。

1.一种皮革放卷机架，包括机架本体，机架本体由底板（1）、支柱（7）、横杆（2）组成，底板（1）上表面为长方形，支柱（7）为四根且固定于底板（1）的四个角处，横杆（2）为两根且固定在长方形的两条短边上的支柱（7）上，横杆（2）上设置有弧形凹槽（4），弧形凹槽（4）内设置放卷轴（3），其特征在于：所述底板（1）底部四个角处设置万向轮（8），弧形凹槽（4）内相邻地设置两个轴承（5），通过轴承帽（6）固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮革放卷机架，其特征在于：所述两个轴承（5）在同一水平面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的皮革放卷机架，其特征在于：两个轴承（5）的间距是放卷轴（3）直径的0.5～0.8倍。
