本实用新型属于一种轴的摆放支架。
【背景技术】
对于用轧机加工不锈钢板的生产企业来说，由于轧机具有众多的轴系部件，因此，有序地将轴摆放在支架上，不但能节约场地、美化环境，而且还能有效防止轴面的损伤。本实用新型作出之前，用于摆放轴的支架应该说种类繁多，结构各异。但是，对于一些需要临时摆放在工作现场的零散轴来说，现有支架存在的问题是：结构复杂、笨重移动不便，且容易对轴面造成损伤。
【发明内容】
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型旨在提供一种轴的摆放支架，该支架具有结构简单、移动方便且不会损伤轴面的优点。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用了下述技术方案，这种轴的摆放支架的结构包括一个底框，以及对称设置在该底框两侧倒立的V字形支撑板，在所述支撑板的斜面上设有多根搁置杆，其特征是：所述搁置杆由固定在所述支撑板上的芯杆，以及包在该芯杆外围的软质层构成。
具体实施时，所述芯杆的截面呈圆形。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本实用新型在芯杆外围增设软质材料层后，当轴放在左右搁置杆上，轴与搁置杆的接触部位由于有软质层的存在，轴面就不易受损。而且，这种芯杆的截面为圆形，轴的轴面与搁置杆的接触面仅为线接触，因此，轴的轴面不会受到损伤。该摆放支架结构简单，因此移动也较为方便。

【具体实施方式】
参见图1。这种轴的摆放支架包括底框1，以及对称设置在该底框1两侧倒立的V字形支撑板3。在每块支撑板3的斜面上设有多根搁置杆4，每根搁置杆4由固定在所述支撑板3上的芯杆，以及包在该芯杆外围的软质层构成，软质层可以用橡胶制成。在两个V字形支撑板3的顶部之间设置连接管2，有利于增加牵引固定的作用。
为减少搁置杆4与轴面的接触面积，搁置杆4的芯杆截面最好呈圆形。

1.一种轴的摆放支架，包括一个底框（1），以及对称设置在该底框（1）两侧倒立的V字形支撑板（3），在所述支撑板（3）的斜面上设有多根搁置杆（4），其特征是：所述搁置杆（4）由固定在所述支撑板（3）上的芯杆，以及包在该芯杆外围的软质层构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的摆放支架，其特征是：所述芯杆的截面呈圆形。
