本实用新型属于研磨机设备领域，特别是涉及到一种三辊研磨机的出料装置。
背景技术
三辊研磨机是高粘度物料最有效的研磨、分散设备。主要用于各种油漆、油墨、颜料、塑料、化妆品、肥皂、陶瓷、橡胶等液体浆料及膏状物料的研磨。经过三辊研磨机研磨过程后的物料，通过出料装置被收集起来。
传统技术中由于滚筒对压力等因素难以均衡控制，三辊研磨机研磨过程后的物料粒径会有差异，在出料口两侧的物料粒径大于中间位置的物料粒径，这样经过统一收集，收集后的物料粒径不均匀，影响产品质量。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是设计一种出料装置，将粒径不均匀的物料分开收集，避免粒径不均匀的物料混在一起影响产品质量的现象。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的设计方案为：一种三辊研磨机出料装置，包括进料口、出料口，所述进料口大于出料口，其特征在于：所述出料装置的侧壁设有分流挡板，所述分流挡板为2块，垂直向下设于侧壁的两边，所述2块分流挡板的间距小于出料口，所述分流挡板的长度等于进料口到出料口的长度。
进一步的，所述分流挡板可以从出料装置拆卸下来。
本实用新型的有益效果为：使用本实用新型，通过分流挡板的设置，将粒径不均匀的物料分开收集，避免粒径不均匀的物料混在一起影响产品质量。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括进料口1、出料口2，所述进料口1大于出料口2，其特征在于：所述出料装置的侧壁3设有分流挡板4，所述分流挡板4为2块，垂直向下设于侧 壁3的两边，所述2块分流挡板4的间距小于出料口2，所述分流挡板4的长度等于进料口1到出料口2的长度。
进一步的，所述分流挡板4可以从出料装置拆卸下来，使用比较灵活方便，适用于一些不用分开收集物料的情况。
本实用新型的分流挡板4可以将出料装置两侧的较大粒径的物料和中间位置的物料分开收集，避免粒径不均匀的物料混在一起影响产品质量。
