本实用新型属于化工医药领域，具体涉及一种可同时进行搅拌和微波处理的蒜氨酸提取罐。
背景技术：
近年来，蒜氨酸提取一般采用的设备是提取罐，提取罐主要包括进料口、出料口以及通气口。将植物放进提取罐中加入乙醇或水等溶剂，加热，从而获得所需成分。该提取罐只能通过温度以及压力来调整提取条件。因此，存在提取时间长，提取效率低、提取能耗大，生产成本高等缺陷，且造成很大的资源浪费，污染环境，不利于工业化生产。
随着微波提取技术的不断推广，微波提取罐得以出现并不断发展，其原理是由微波穿透萃取物质，达到物料的内部的细胞系统，该系统由于吸收了微波能，从而使细胞很快破裂，从而使其有效成分自由流出，专利号为CN2788171Y公开了一种微波提取罐，该提取罐内部有微波源，外部有微波馈入口，但是整个罐的内部外部结构比较复杂提取效果不佳，且难以维护。
发明内容
针对现有蒜氨酸提取罐存在的诸多问题，本实用新型提供了一种全新的蒜氨酸提取罐，包括罐体，罐体顶端设置有进料口，底端设置有出料口，罐体一侧设置有通气孔，在提取罐内部安装有搅拌装置，在罐体底部内壁上设有微波发生器；采用这种结构的提取罐结构简单，提取罐内部设置了搅拌及微波处理装置；两者同时运行可大大缩短提取时间，提高了提取效率，有利于工业化生产，降低能耗，提高生产效益同时利于罐体的清理和维修。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种蒜氨酸提取罐，包括罐体，罐体上设置有进料口、出料口和通气孔，在提取罐罐体内部安装有搅拌装置，在罐体底部内壁上设有微波发生器。
采用这种结构的提取罐，由于罐体内设置有搅拌和微波发生器，在使用时通过微波发生器发出微波，在短时间内将植物内部温度提高到相应温度，使细胞很快破裂有助于大蒜内部的蒜氨酸溶出，提高蒜氨酸提取率，同时罐体内设有的搅拌装置，可以使物料更加均匀，使微波的作用更加充分和均匀，较之单独使用微波提取大大缩短提取时间，提高了生产效率。
除了上述的结构之外，罐体上顶端设置有进料口，底端设置有出料口，方便物料的进出；同时在罐体一侧设置有通气孔，可以随时平衡罐体内的压力，提高生产的安全性，为了达到最好的提取效果，一般微波发生器均设置在搅拌装置下方罐体的内壁上。
综上所述，采用这种结构的提取罐结构简单，提取罐内部设置了搅拌及微波处理装置；两者同时运行可大大缩短提取时间，提高了提取效率，有利于工业化生产，降低能耗，提高生产效益，同时利于罐体的清理和维修。
