Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种结构简单,方便对流道内的吸引物进行塑形引流和分流的防堵式负压吸引器,它包括吸引管、负压源和管芯,吸引管的中间沿其长度方向形成有流道,流道的上下两端均呈开口设置,流道的外部轮廓呈喇叭状,流道的小端连接负压源,管芯设置在吸引管的流道内,管芯的外部轮廓设置成阶梯状,其小端朝向吸引管的吸引口,管芯的外壁或者吸引管的内壁设置另一螺旋线凸起,管芯的中间形成有另一流道,另一流道的顶端封闭,其底端呈开口设置,管芯上端的侧壁形成有至少一个与另一流道相通的透液孔,另一流道的底端连接负压源。利用另一螺旋线凸起使得吸引物沿着流道旋转,大块组织物和血块沿着流道排除,积液可以沿着管芯的另一流道分流排除。

防堵式负压吸引器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种负压吸引器,具体来说,涉及一种结构简单,方便对流道内的吸引物进行塑形引流和分流的防堵式负压吸引器。 
背景技术
现有的负压吸引管主要由负压源和吸引管组成,吸引管一端连接负压源,其另一端作为吸引口伸入到创口内清除各类创口积液。由于创口内积液中可能含有一些较大块的组织块、凝血块及其他残物需要清除,现有的吸引管容易被这些块状物堵塞,而且部分堵塞后造成负压不均匀可能使与吸引口接触的组织器官受损。 
实用新型内容
针对以上的不足,本实用新型提供了一种结构简单,方便对流道内的吸引物进行塑形引流和分流的防堵式负压吸引器,它包括中间形成有流道的吸引管,所述流道的上下两端呈开口设置,所述吸引管的底端连接有负压源,所述流道的外部轮廓呈喇叭状,其小端朝向负压源一端。 
所述吸引管的内壁设置有第一螺旋线凸起。 
所述吸引管的流道内设置有管芯,所述管芯的中间形成有另一流道,所述另一流道的顶端封闭,其底端呈开口设置,管芯上端的侧壁形成有至少一个与所述另一流道相通的透液孔,另一流道的底端连接负压源。 
所述吸引管的流道内设置有管芯,所述管芯的中间形成有另一流道,所述另一流道的顶端封闭,其底端呈开口设置,管芯上端的侧壁形成有至少一个与所述另一流道相通的透液孔,另一流道的底端连接另一负压源。 
所述管芯的外部轮廓呈阶梯状,其小端朝向吸引管的吸引口。 
所述管芯的外壁或者吸引管的内壁设置有第二螺旋线凸起。 
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型的防堵式负压吸引器的吸引管的流道呈喇叭状,其小端朝向负压源,吸引物在流道流动的过程中可以沿着吸引管的内壁旋转,一些大块的组织物和血块引流的过程中被塑形,从而提升通过性,方便其引流排除,避免大块的组织物和血块堵塞流道;另外,吸引管的内壁设置有第一螺旋线凸起,可以利用第一螺旋线凸起进一步加快吸引物沿着吸引管的内壁旋转,使得大块的组织物和血块引流的过程中进一步被塑形,方便其引流排除;再有,吸引管的流道内设置有多孔膜管芯,管芯的中间形成有另一流道,吸引物沿着吸引管的内壁与管芯的外壁之间旋转的过程中,组织物和血块沿着流道排除,积液可以沿着管芯的另一流道分流排除,而且,当组织物和血块过大而堵塞流道时,可以通过多孔膜管芯将积液沿着管芯的另一流道分流排除,以达到充分清除积液的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步阐述,其中,本实用新型的方向以图1为标准。 
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的防堵式负压吸引器包括吸引管1和负压源2,吸引管1的中间沿其长度方向形成有流道11,流道11的上下两端均呈开口设置,流道11的外部轮廓(吸引管1的内壁)呈喇叭状,吸引管1的内壁设置第一螺旋线凸起12,流道11的小端连接负压源2。这样,在清除引流物的时候,将吸引管1的吸引口(顶端)伸入到创口内,打开负压源2,引流物就可以沿着流道11向下流动,由于流道11呈喇叭状,且吸引管1的内壁设置第一螺旋线凸起12,在流动的过程中,引流物会沿着流道11旋转,一些较大块的组织物和血块引流的过程中被塑形,方便其引流排除,避免大块的组织物和血块堵塞流道11。 
如图3和图4所示,本实用新型的防堵式负压吸引器包括吸引管1、负压源2和管芯3,吸引管1的中间沿其长度方向形成有流道11,流道11的上下两端均呈开口设置,流道11呈喇叭状,流道11的小端连接负压源2,管芯3设置在吸引管1的流道11内,管芯3采用多孔膜材料制 成,管芯3的中间形成有另一流道31,另一流道31的顶端封闭,其底端呈开口设置,流道11和另一流道31采用相同轴心结构,管芯3上端的侧壁形成有至少一个与另一流道31相通的透液孔32,另一流道31的底端连接负压源2或者直接连接另一负压源。另外,本实用新型的管芯3的外部轮廓设置成阶梯状,其小端朝向吸引管1的吸引口,管芯3的外壁或者吸引管1的内壁设置第二螺旋线凸起33。 
这样,在清除引流物的时候,将吸引管1的吸引口(顶端)伸入到创口内,打开负压源2(或者同时打开负压源2和另一负压源),引流物就可以沿着流道11向下流动,由于吸引管1的内壁(或者管芯3的外壁)呈喇叭状,而且管芯3的外壁设置有第二螺旋线凸起33,在流动的过程中,引流物会沿着流道11旋转,吸引物沿着吸引管1的内壁与管芯3的外壁之间旋转的过程中,组织物和血块沿着流道11排除,积液可以沿着管芯3的另一流道31分流排除,而且,当组织物和血块过大而堵塞流道11时,可以通过多孔膜管芯3的透液孔32将积液沿着管芯3的另一流道31分流排除,以达到充分清除积液的目的。 
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,在实施过程中可能存在局部微小的结构改动,如果对本发明的各种改动或变型不脱离本发明的精神和范围,且属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型。

1.一种防堵式负压吸引器,它包括中间形成有流道(11)的吸引管(1),所述流道(11)的上下两端呈开口设置,所述吸引管的流道(11)的底端连接有负压源(2),其特征在于,所述流道(11)的外部轮廓呈喇叭状,其小端朝向负压源(2)一端。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的防堵式负压吸引器,其特征在于,所述吸引管(1)的内壁设置有第一螺旋线凸起(12)。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的防堵式负压吸引器,其特征在于,所述吸引管(1)的流道(11)内设置有管芯(3),所述管芯(3)的中间形成有另一流道(31),所述另一流道(31)的顶端封闭,其底端呈开口设置,管芯(3)上端的侧壁形成有至少一个与所述另一流道(31)相通的透液孔(32),另一流道(31)的底端连接负压源(2)。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的防堵式负压吸引器,其特征在于,所述吸引管(1)的流道(11)内设置有管芯(3),所述管芯(3)的中间形成有另一流道(31),所述另一流道(31)的顶端封闭,其底端呈开口设置,管芯(3)上端的侧壁形成有至少一个与所述另一流道(31)相通的透液孔(32),另一流道(31)的底端连接另一负压源。 
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的防堵式负压吸引器,其特征在于,所述管芯(3)的外部轮廓呈阶梯状,其小端朝向吸引管(1)的吸引口。 
6.根据权利要求5所述的防堵式负压吸引器,其特征在于,所述管芯(3)的外壁或者吸引管(1)的内壁设置有第二螺旋线凸起(33)。
