本实用新型提供一种结构简单,能大幅度提高柱塞泵使用寿命的防脱落阀体。其技术方案为:在阀体螺栓(1)一端上设有阀体弹簧座(2),阀体弹簧座(2)内安装有排液大弹簧(3)和排液小弹簧(4),弹簧座(2)通过排液大弹簧(3)和排液小弹簧(4)与排液阀片(5)相连接,在阀体螺栓(1)另一端上设有弹簧垫子(6)、锁紧螺栓(7)和密封垫子(8)。采用上述结构以后,由于防脱落阀体自身所特有的锁死性能,使得阀体螺栓很难脱落,从而保证了柱塞泵有稳定的排量和压力,大大延长了柱塞泵的使用寿命。

背景技术
随着油田勘探开发的进一步深入和细化,柱塞泵的使用越来越广泛。现在所使用的柱塞泵,有着阀体易脱落,使用寿命短,注水泵压力和排量的稳定性极差,破损率高,造成极大浪费,给企业带来巨大经济损失。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,能大幅度提高柱塞泵使用寿命的一种防脱落阀体。 
其技术方案是:在阀体螺栓一端上设有阀体弹簧座,阀体弹簧座内安装有排液大弹簧和排液小弹簧,弹簧座通过排液大弹簧和排液小弹簧与排液阀片相连接,在阀体螺栓另一端上设有弹簧垫子、锁紧螺栓和密封垫子。 
采用上述结构以后,由于防脱落阀体自身所特有的锁死性能,使得阀体螺栓很难脱落,从而保证了柱塞泵有稳定的排量和压力,大大延长了柱塞泵的使用寿命。

如图所示,一种防脱落阀体,主要由阀体螺栓1、阀体弹簧座2、排液大弹簧3、排液小弹簧4、排液小弹簧5、弹簧垫子6、锁紧螺栓7和密封垫子8构成;在阀体螺栓1一端上设有阀体弹簧座2,阀体弹簧座2内安装有 排液大弹簧3和排液小弹簧4,弹簧座2通过排液大弹簧3和排液小弹簧4与排液阀片5相连接,在阀体螺栓1另一端上设有弹簧垫子6、锁紧螺栓7和密封垫子8。 
本实用新型能够在阀体工作时,即阀片和弹簧来回运动时,避免阀体螺栓随着水的来回冲击而慢慢松动,引起阀体上面的螺栓脱落,导致高低压串水,影响注水泵的排量和压力,进而导致柱塞泵烧轴烧瓦。防脱落的阀体,能够大大提高液力端的使用寿命,增加注水泵压力和排量的稳定性。特别适合使用在大排量和高压力的柱塞泵。

1.一种防脱落阀体,其特征在于:在阀体螺栓(1)一端上设有阀体弹簧座(2),阀体弹簧座(2)内安装有排液大弹簧(3)和排液小弹簧(4),弹簧座(2)通过排液大弹簧(3)和排液小弹簧(4)与排液阀片(5)相连接,在阀体螺栓(1)另一端上设有弹簧垫子(6)、锁紧螺栓(7)和密封垫子(8)。
