背景技术:本实用新型前,各油田用于分采、压裂等井下作业所采用的可传递扭矩的伸缩管多为焊接结构,由于工艺难以克服的应力变化,因而影响了伸缩管的承压和受力的性能。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是:为油田井下作业提供一种油田井下扭矩传递伸缩管,由于该装置是通过镶嵌方式安装传递扭矩滑块的,避免因焊接而造成的应力变化,从而保证了伸缩管的承压和受力的性能。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来实现的:一种油田井下扭矩传递伸缩管,包括上压帽、外管、内管、下接头,且管壁上开有轴向滑槽的外管通过上压帽连接内管,外管下端还连接下接头,其特征是内管的管壁上镶嵌有方形的滑块,滑块突出部分嵌入外管管壁上的滑槽中。
本实用新型用于分采、压裂等井下作业中,由于避免因焊接而造成的应力变化,从而保证了伸缩管的承压和受力的性能。

具体实施方式:油田井下扭矩传递伸缩管是由上压帽1、外管2、滑块3、内管4、下接头5等构成的,管壁上开有轴向滑槽的外管2通过上压帽1连接内管3,外管2下端还连接下接头5,内管4的管壁上镶嵌有方形的滑块3,滑块3突出部分嵌入外管2管壁上的滑槽中。
油田井下扭矩传递伸缩管的工作原理和使用方法是:先通过内管4和下接头5将本装置连接于井下的管柱适当位置上,便可用于井下管柱的扭矩传递作业,作业中油管柱的扭矩能够通过内管4上镶嵌的滑块3和外管2管壁上的滑槽完成传递,内管4可连同滑块3可在外管2内上、下滑动从而实现轴向的伸缩。由于本装置无焊接避免了应力变化,从而保证了承压和受力的性能。
