技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种打凸冲头,具体地说是一种薄型铝制板材用两段式打凸冲头。
背景技术
参看图1,在五金冲压加工中,经常会在金属板材上通过打凸工艺形成“门”字型凸起,俗称凸米,后续可将其他零部件利用凸米通过铆合工艺铆接于金属板材。
参看图2,在较薄的铝制板材上通过常规的打凸冲头形成的凸米,虽然能够实现后续铆接其他零部件的功能,但是由于凸米底部与板材结合的部位结构单薄,使得利用凸米铆接的零部件无法承受较大的力,受力后容易在凸米底部与板材结合的部位发生断裂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种薄型铝制板材用两段式打凸冲头,利用其在薄型铝制板材上进行打凸工艺后所形成的凸米结构较为厚实。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种薄型铝制板材用两段式打凸冲头,包括冲头本体,冲头本体的顶部为上、下两段式,冲头本体顶部上段呈圆柱体,冲头本体顶部下段呈圆台体;所述上段圆柱体的下表面与下段圆台体的上表面等大并对齐。
采用本实用新型在薄型铝制板材上进行打凸工艺后所形成的凸米结构较为厚实,尤其是在凸米底部与板材结合的部位因料厚而扎实,从而使得利用该凸米铆接的零部件能够承受较大的力,不会出现凸米破裂的现象,满足较高的拉力要求。
