背景技术
目前, 在密闭容器上安装设备的时候，一般的方法就是在密闭容器上直接攻螺纹，然后用螺栓把设备固定在容器表面。但是，这样的安装方式对所安装的密闭容器的要求比较高，例如，容器的壁厚不能太薄，否则，攻牙的长度不足，导致安装不牢；并且这种安装方式，需要在容器上打孔的个数较多，对孔的位置精度也较高，也会使容器的密封性降低。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于安装在密闭容器上的安装底板，安装牢固、密闭性好。
本实用新型采用下述技术方案：一种用于安装在密闭容器上的安装底板，包括底板本体，所述的底板本体上设置有法兰螺丝孔和设备螺丝孔，设备螺丝通过所述的设备螺丝孔将底板与底板上方的设备连接，法兰螺丝通过所述的法兰螺丝孔将底板与底板下方的主法兰和副法兰连接，副法兰用于设置在密闭容器的圆孔内，副法兰外侧设置有支撑柱通孔，支撑柱设置在支撑柱通孔内。
所述的主法兰与副法兰之间设置有密封圈。
所述的支撑柱通孔与支撑柱均为三个，三个支撑柱通孔平均分布在副法兰外侧。
本实用新型通过底板本体与主副法兰功能作用，还通过支撑柱的作用，能够方便地把设备与密闭容器紧固相连，且由于有密封圈，则不会降低密闭容器的密封性能，安装方便、可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型一种用于安装在密闭容器上的安装底板，包括底板本体02，所述的底板本体02上设置有法兰螺丝孔和设备螺丝孔，设备螺丝11通过所述的设备螺丝孔和设备上的螺丝孔将底板本体02与底板本体02上方的设备01连接，法兰螺丝10通过所述的法兰螺丝孔将底本本体02连接底板本体02下方的主法兰03和副法兰05，主法兰03与副法兰05之间设置有密封圈04，副法兰05用于设置在密闭容器07的圆孔08内，副法兰05外侧平均设置有三个支撑柱通孔09，三个支撑柱06设置在支撑柱通孔09内，支撑柱两个端部在插入支撑柱通孔09后，做定位。
使用本实用新型能够将设备01方便地安装在密闭容器07（薄壁容器）上。在实施过程中，先在密闭容器07上钻圆孔08，然后把三个支撑柱06向内拨动，使副法兰板05能顺利的插进圆孔08，然后向外拨动支撑柱06，使支撑柱06与上面的主法兰03卡住密闭容器07，与密闭容器07内壁贴合，然后锁紧三个法兰螺丝10，使整个底板本体02与密闭容器07牢靠固定；再通过设备螺丝11将设备01与底板本体相连，达到了将设备01紧固密封固定在密闭容器07上的目的。

1.一种用于安装在密闭容器上的安装底板，其特征在于：包括底板本体，所述的底板本体上设置有法兰螺丝孔和设备螺丝孔，设备螺丝通过所述的设备螺丝孔将底板与底板上方的设备连接，法兰螺丝通过所述的法兰螺丝孔将底板与底板下方的主法兰和副法兰连接，副法兰用于设置在密闭容器的圆孔内，副法兰外侧设置有支撑柱通孔，支撑柱设置在支撑柱通孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于安装在密闭容器上的安装底板，其特征在于：所述的主法兰与副法兰之间设置有密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于安装在密闭容器上的安装底板，其特征在于：所述的支撑柱通孔与支撑柱均为三个，三个支撑柱通孔平均分布在副法兰外侧。
