Abstract

天然生物材料拼接的脊柱椎间融合器涉及医疗临床用的脊柱融合器。包括分别加工成所需外形的骨A(1)和骨B(2),其特征是所述的骨A(1)和骨B(2)横向两边分别有孔内螺纹,骨螺钉(3)依次拧入骨B(2)和骨A(1)孔内螺纹啮合。采用异体骨、异种骨、珊瑚或其它天然骨移植材料,纵形分片式设计,各片分别加工成所需的外形后重叠,在各片之间横行钻孔并攻丝,用同材质骨钉固定为所需三维外形的整体,使其具有任意所需三维外形和更好的力学强度,以解决上述天然原材料体积小、形态不规则、力学强度弱等不足。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗临床用的融合器,尤其是用于脊柱外科手术,把异体骨、异种骨或其它具有天然生物材料拼接制备为较大体积和特定外形的椎间融合器。
背景技术
腰椎退行性疾病是中老年的常见病、多发病, 近年来发病率逐年上升和发病年龄日趋年轻化,腰椎融合术是治疗此类疾病的金标准。椎间融合器能有效维持融合节段的椎间隙高度、增加了术后稳定性并降低了植骨需求量,减少自体骨取骨并发症,而在临床中广泛应用。临床常用的金属、碳纤维、聚合物等材料的椎间融合器可引起局部炎症反应、金属存留体内、应力遮挡等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种利用异体骨、异种骨、珊瑚或其它天然骨移植材料拼接成为所需三维外形的脊柱椎间融合器,以解决上述天然原材料体积小、形态不规则、力学强度弱等不足。
本实用新型的目的所采用技术方案,包括分别加工成所需外形的骨A和骨B,其所述的骨A和骨B横向两边分别有孔内螺纹,骨螺钉依次拧入骨B和骨A孔内螺纹啮合。
本实用新型采用异体骨、异种骨、珊瑚或其它天然骨移植材料,纵形分片式设计,各片分别加工成所需的外形后重叠,在各片之间横行钻孔并攻丝,用同材质的骨钉固定为所需三维外形的整体,使其具有任意所需三维外形和更好的力学强度,以解决上述天然原材料体积小、形态不规则、力学强度弱等不足。
