技术领域
本实用新型涉及锂电池电芯结构。
背景技术
目前,锂电池电芯多为卷绕型,其厚度较大,难以适用于卡片式的器件。随着智能身份证、IC卡等智能卡片的发展,急需开发出一种适用于智能卡片的层叠型锂电池电芯。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种薄膜柔性锂电池电芯,其能解决现有的锂电池电芯不适用于卡片式器件的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:
薄膜柔性锂电池电芯,其包括由上至下依次叠置的锂薄膜片、绝缘隔膜片和阳极薄膜片,锂薄膜片、阳极薄膜片的外侧均覆盖有一电解质薄膜片,所述锂薄膜片通过所述电解质薄膜片与所述阳极薄膜片连接,锂薄膜片的侧缘连接有一阴极极耳,阳极薄膜片的侧缘连接有一阳极极耳。
可选的,所述阳极薄膜片为氮化钴薄膜片。
可选的,所述电解质薄膜片为氮化的磷酸锂薄膜片。
优选的,锂薄膜片、绝缘隔膜片、阳极薄膜片、电解质薄膜片的厚度之和为0.3-0.5mm。
优选的,锂薄膜片、绝缘隔膜片、阳极薄膜片、电解质薄膜片的最大表面的面积均为95-105mm2

厚度小、面积小,并具有一定的耐折弯性能,能广泛应用于卡片式器件中。

如图1和图2所示,薄膜柔性锂电池电芯,其包括由上至下依次叠置的锂薄膜片4、绝缘隔膜片5和阳极薄膜片6,锂薄膜片4、阳极薄膜片6的外侧均覆盖有一电解质薄膜片1,所述锂薄膜片4通过所述电解质薄膜片1与所述阳极薄膜片6连接,锂薄膜片4的侧缘连接有一阴极极耳2,阳极薄膜片6的侧缘连接有一阳极极耳3。
本实施例的阳极薄膜片6优选采用氮化钴薄膜片。电解质薄膜片1优选采用氮化的磷酸锂薄膜片。
锂薄膜片4、绝缘隔膜片5、阳极薄膜片6、电解质薄膜片1的厚度之和为0.3-0.5mm。锂薄膜片4、绝缘隔膜片5、阳极薄膜片6、电解质薄膜片1的最大表面的面积均为95-105mm2。即本实施例的薄膜柔性锂电池电芯的厚度为0.3-0.5mm,平面面积为95-105mm2,厚度仅为常规锂电池电池的十分之一,整体仅有手指甲盖大小。

1.薄膜柔性锂电池电芯,其特征在于,包括由上至下依次叠置的锂薄膜片、绝缘隔膜片和阳极薄膜片,锂薄膜片、阳极薄膜片的外侧均覆盖有一电解质薄膜片,所述锂薄膜片通过所述电解质薄膜片与所述阳极薄膜片连接,锂薄膜片的侧缘连接有一阴极极耳,阳极薄膜片的侧缘连接有一阳极极耳。
2.如权利要求1所述的薄膜柔性锂电池电芯,其特征在于,所述阳极薄膜片为氮化钴薄膜片。
3.如权利要求1所述的薄膜柔性锂电池电芯,其特征在于,所述电解质薄膜片为氮化的磷酸锂薄膜片。
