该实用新型由半球型眼皮、带滑道的齿条、齿轮、齿轮轴、架杆、气动阀、拉转绳、带滑块的绳框构成。它在两车会车时能够将车的灯光挡住一部分，避免晃照对方驾驶员。这种车灯眼皮上还可粘有发光睫毛当车灯眼皮下落时，使灯光向前延伸照射一段距离，这种车灯眼皮广泛应用于各种汽车上。

Description

汽车灯眼皮属于车辆照明技术领域。
现有的汽车灯，夜间行驶会车时晃照对方司机的眼睛，容易发生事故；为解决司机互相晃照的问题，近年出现了“防玄灯”使光束直射，该灯由于车体的高矮不同，也未从根本上解决互相晃照问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种车灯的附件——车灯眼皮，以解决互相晃照的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在车灯的上方设置一个半球型眼皮，会车时通过传动机构把半球型眼皮放下，使灯光只照本车下面的路面，而不晃对方；不会车时将半球型眼皮抬起。
由于半球形眼皮的作用，将彻底解决夜间会车时互相晃照问题；尤其遇到风雪天气中行车灯光模糊不清的难题，由于半球型眼皮的反射作用，可以解决修车的发动机下面的照明问题。
本实用新型的具体结构由实施例及附图给出。
图1是根据本实用新型提出的车灯眼皮的结构示意图，图2为图1的A－A剖面示意图。
下面结合附图详细说明依据本实用新型提出的具体装置的细节及工作情况。
该装置包括半球型眼皮〔1〕，其传动机构由带滑道〔15〕的齿条〔2〕、齿轮〔3〕、齿轮轴〔11〕、拉转绳〔5〕、带滑块〔13〕的绳框〔10〕及气动阀〔6〕构成。架杆〔4〕支撑半球型眼皮下端固定在汽车的叶子板上。半球型眼皮内表面镶嵌着齿条，齿条上有滑道〔15〕，齿轮与齿条互相啮合，随着齿轮的正反转动，齿条带动半球型眼皮向前或向后运动，起到遮挡或不挡灯光的作用。齿轮〔3〕通过键〔14〕固定在齿轮轴〔11〕上，齿轮轴通过轴承〔12〕安装在架杆上。齿轮的正反转动是由系在齿轮轴上面的拉转绳的拉开和缠绕决定的，拉线绳分为两根，它们按顺序排列在绳框〔10〕两根拉转绳的一端分别固定在绳框上，另一端分别固定在控制拉转绳运动的气动阀的活塞〔8〕与活塞杆〔7〕上。绳框上带有滑块〔13〕，滑块通过滑道与齿条配合，绳框与架杆连接，气动阀固定在驾驶室的底盘上便于司机操纵的位置，气动阀的阀体进气管与汽车的气路相连接。半球型眼皮上还可以粘有由光导纤维制成的发光睫毛〔9〕，使灯光紧贴地面向前延伸照射一段距离。
车灯眼皮工作时，司机操纵气动阀阀杆使气路的气体进入气动阀内推动活塞向前运动，从而牵动一根拉转绳拉开，另一根拉转绳缠绕，带动齿轮转动，车灯眼皮落下；当操纵气动阀阀杆使阀体内气体排出，则拉转绳与上述的相反方向运动，车灯眼皮抬起。
为了使车灯眼皮美观，还可以在灯与车灯眼皮下面设挡风板，同时能挡住风砂。
该车灯眼皮广泛应用于各种车辆上。

1、一种车灯眼皮，其特征在于它由半球型眼皮[1]、带滑道[15]的齿条[2]、齿轮[3]、齿轮轴[11]、架杆[4]、拉转绳[5]带滑块[13]的绳框[10]及气动阀[6]构成；半球型眼皮内表面镶嵌着齿条，齿轮与齿条互相啮合，齿轮通过键[14]固定在齿轮轴[11]上，齿轮轴通过轴承[12]安装在架杆上，架杆固定在汽车的叶子板上，两根拉转绳的一端分别固定在绳框上，另一端分别与气动阀[6]的活塞杆[7]和活塞[8]连接，两根拉转绳按顺序排绕在绳框里，绳框与架杆连接，滑块[13]通过滑道[15]与齿条动配合；气动阀固定在驾驶室的底盘上，气动阀阀体的进气管与汽车的压缩空气管路连接。
2、按照权利要求1所述的车灯眼皮，其特征在于半球型眼皮上〔1〕粘有由光导纤维制成的发光睫毛〔9〕。
