本实用新型涉及一种大功率LED灯用散热器。 
背景技术
LED灯应用于照明领域,具有节能环保等优点,但是,温度对LED灯的使用寿命影响非常大,在其受热后,寿命会急剧缩短;同时温度升高还会影响LED灯的使用效率。因此,需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种大功率LED灯用散热器,该散热器可增强LED灯的散热效果,提高LED灯的使用寿命。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 
一种大功率LED灯用散热器,包括本体,所述本体的壁体由两层散热板构成,所述两层散热板间留有空腔,所述本体内壁下方设置有与LED灯的基板相配连接的螺纹接口,所述本体内壁上方设置有固定连接件,所述本体的外壁上设置有若干根散热管,所述散热管均与空腔连通,所述空腔及散热管内填充有散热介质。 
所述本体为空心的圆锥形结构, 
所述相邻的两散热管间留有间隙。 
所述散热管为螺旋形设置与本体的外壁上。 
所述散热介质为散热油或散热气体。 
本实用新型采用上述结构可使得空腔内的散热介质在受热后流动,流动的同时带走大量的热量,增强散热效果。 
本实用新型的优点是:散热效果好,应用范围广,安装起来简单可靠。

如图1所示,一种大功率LED灯用散热器,包括本体1,本体1为空心的圆锥形结构,本体1的壁体由两层散热板构成,两层散热板间留有空腔2,在本体1内壁下方设置有与LED灯的基板相配连接的螺纹接口3,在本体1内壁上方设置有固定连接件4,在本体1的外壁上设置有若干根散热管5,每根散热管5均与空腔2连通,相邻的两散热管5间留有间隙,在空腔2及散热管5内填充有散热油。 
实施例2 
如图2所示,散热管5为螺旋形设置与本体1的外壁上,以提高外观的美观度。其他结构与实施例1相同。

1.一种大功率LED灯用散热器,包括本体,所述本体的壁体由两层散热板构成,所述两层散热板间留有空腔,所述本体内壁下方设置有与LED灯的基板相配连接的螺纹接口,所述本体内壁上方设置有固定连接件,其特征在于:所述本体的外壁上设置有若干根散热管,所述散热管均与空腔连通,所述空腔及散热管内填充有散热介质。

3.根据权利要求1所的一种大功率LED灯用散热器,其特征在于:所述相邻的两散热管间留有间隙。
