背景技术
目前在灯具中使用的散热器主要有铝材散热器、特种陶瓷散热器以及利用冷却液吸收热量的散热器。如何提高这些散热器的散热效能一直是本领域的研究重点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够提高散热效能的灯具散热器,该散热器的结构特点能够适用于铝材散热器、特种陶瓷散热器以及利用冷却液吸收热量的散热器。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种灯具散热器,包括一个与灯具的发热元件热接触的散热体,其特点在于设置有贯穿散热体的竖立的空气对流管。
无论是铝材散热器、特种陶瓷散热器还是利用冷却液吸收热量的散热器,都可以利用竖立的空气对流管产生的烟囱效应来提高散热器的散热效能。

具体实施方式
参见图1,灯具散热器包括一个与灯具的发热元件1热接触的散热体2。灯具的发热元件1可以是LED芯片、灯泡等。散热体2既可以是用铝材制成,也可以是用特种陶瓷制成。发热元件1与散热体2热接触的形式可以是直接接触,也可以是隔着其他导热体的间接接触。散热体2的形状不受附图限制,例如可以是一块金属板。本实用新型的特点在于设置有贯穿散热体的竖立的空气对流管3。空气对流管3可以是一条或者多条。竖立的空气对流管能产生烟囱效应,提高散热器的散热效能。参见图2,在空气对流管3的凸出于散热体的部位设置有翅片5,由此可进一步提高散热效能。
图2所示的灯具散热器是一个利用冷却液吸收热量的散热器。这种散热器采用一个封装有冷却液的储液罐4作为散热体,储液罐4与灯具的发热元件1热接触。本实用新型在此基础上增设了贯穿储液罐的竖立的空气对流管3,储液罐内4的冷却液与空气对流管3接触。空气对流管3可以是一条或者多条。与前一实施例同理,利用竖立的空气对流管产生的烟囱效应提高了散热器的散热效能。参见图4,在空气对流管3的凸出于储液罐的部位设置翅片5,由此可进一步提高散热效能。

Claims (3)

1.一种灯具散热器,包括一个与灯具的发热元件热接触的散热体,其特征是:设置有贯穿散热体的竖立的空气对流管。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯具散热器,其特征是:所述散热体是封装有冷却液的储液罐,储液罐内的冷却液与所述空气对流管接触。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的灯具散热器,其特征是:在所述空气对流管的凸出于散热体的部位设置有翅片。
