Abstract
本实用新型公开一种牵引钢丝绳浸油装置，包括浸油槽，在浸油槽底部设加热电阻丝，在浸油槽上部设有进绳导向轮和出绳导向轮，在进绳导向轮和出绳导向轮之间的下部设有压绳轮。采用本实用新型的浸油装置定期对牵引绳进行钢丝绳表面油脂浸渍处理，可以有效避免锈蚀现象，延长了牵引绳的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种牵引钢丝绳浸油装置。
背景技术
电力线缆放线过程中，作为牵引绳的多位钢丝绳，牵引钢丝绳是在电力施工中的必要工具，但是牵引绳钢丝绳在使用过程中容易发生锈蚀现象，如果不经常保养，牵引绳锈蚀老化后会明显影响牵引钢丝绳的使用寿命，使用成本较高。

本本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题，提供一种牵引钢丝绳浸油装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
本实用新型的牵引钢丝绳浸油装置，包括浸油槽，在浸油槽底部设加热电阻丝，在浸油槽上部设有进绳导向轮和出绳导向轮，在进绳导向轮和出绳导向轮之间的下部设有压绳轮。
本实用新型优选在加热电阻丝的上部设有防护网。
采用本实用新型的浸油装置定期对牵引绳进行钢丝绳表面油脂浸渍处理，可以有效避免锈蚀现象，延长了牵引绳的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的牵引钢丝绳浸油装置如图1所示，包括浸油槽4，在浸油槽4底部设加热电阻丝5，在加热电阻丝5的上部设有防护网6。在浸油槽4上部设有进绳导向轮1和出绳导向轮3，在进绳导向轮1和出绳导向轮3之间的下部设有压绳轮2。
本实用新型的工作过程如下：使用时，将浸油槽内装入表脂油，加热电阻丝通电后对表脂油进行加热，待表脂油融化后，将牵引钢7丝绳通过导向轮浸入表脂油，进行表面油脂浸渍处理。

1.一种牵引钢丝绳浸油装置，其特征在于：包括浸油槽（4），在浸油槽（4）底部设加热电阻丝（5），在浸油槽（4）上部设有进绳导向轮（1）和出绳导向轮（3），在进绳导向轮（1）和出绳导向轮（3）之间的下部设有压绳轮（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牵引钢丝绳浸油装置，其特征在于：在加热电阻丝（5）的上部设有防护网（6）。
