 本实用新型涉及一种搬运倒料装置。
背景技术
工厂车间里通常会用到搬运的装置，一些桶状、且里端装满料的产品很难进行搬运，一般质量较重，且搬运过程中容易晃动，导致里面的液体溅出来，搬运结束后还需进行倒料操作，其工序繁多，大大降低了工人的工作效率，操作过程较烦琐。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单，操作方便，可实现圆形物体的搬运，利用提升链条与倒料杆实现产品的倒料，大大提升了工作效率的搬运倒料装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种搬运倒料装置，包括机架、倒料架、固定环、底座和滚轮，所述倒料架安装在机架前端，所述固定环设置在倒料架上，所述底座设置在机架下端，所述滚轮设在底座上，所述机架后端设置有推环，所述机架上设置有提升链条，所述机架上设置有倒料杆，所述倒料架与机架间为活动连接，所述倒料杆与倒料架间通过弹簧互相安装配合。
作为优选的技术方案，所述机架为一长方体框架，结构简单，使用方便，节约了生产成本，又可满足倒料与搬运。
作为优选的技术方案，所述固定环顶部设有一固定钩板，所述固定钩板后端连接一手柄，通过上端的固定钩板钩住产品，再通过后端的手柄进行松紧度的调节，方便快捷。
作为优选的技术方案，所述固定环底部设有一支撑钩板，用于支持产品的重量，也可起到在倒料时对于产品底部的固定。
作为优选的技术方案，所述固定环为一圆弧形金属环，可用于圆桶状物体的固定。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的一种搬运倒料装置，包括机架1、倒料架8、固定环7、底座6和滚轮5，所述倒料架8安装在机架1前端，所述固定环7设置在倒料架8上，所述底座6设置在机架1下端，所述滚轮5设在底座6上，所述机架1后端设置有推环2，所述机架1上设置有提升链条4，所述机架1上设置有倒料杆3，所述倒料架8与机架1间为活动连接，所述倒料杆3与倒料架8间通过弹簧互相安装配合。
其中，所述机架1为一长方体框架，结构简单，使用方便，节约了生产成本，又可满足倒料与搬运。
所述固定环7顶部设有一固定钩板9，所述固定钩板9后端连接一手柄10，通过上端的固定钩板9钩住产品，再通过后端的手柄10进行松紧度的调节，方便快捷。
所述固定环7底部设有一支撑钩板11，用于支持产品的重量，也可起到在倒料时对于产品底部的固定。
所述固定环7为一圆弧形金属环，可用于圆桶状物体的固定。
所述机架1下端设有与底座上相同的滚轮。
使用时，将圆形料筒放置在固定环7内，通过上端的固定钩板9与下端的支撑钩板11对料筒进行固定，再通过提升链条4实现对倒料架的上下提升，当搬运完成后，将料筒提升，再推动倒料杆3实现倒料，利用对料筒的上下固定，使。
