本实用新型涉及一种碳纤维预制体,特别是一种碳纤维复合板预制体。 
背景技术
目前市场上使用的建筑板材基本上都采用铁、钢、铝材料,而这些材料在使用过程中因密度大、质量大、易腐蚀、耐久性差、拉伸强度不够导致产品不易成型,使用寿命短等问题。使用2D的 C/C材料做成的复合材料,虽然材质轻了,但是易分层,力学性能差。 
实用新型内容
针对上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种不易分层、且力学性能强的复合板材预制体,具体的技术方案为: 
碳纤维复合板预制体,包括多层复合层,复合层经过针刺连接在一起,所述的复合层为碳布和预氧丝网胎针刺而成。
所述的复合层之间还有垂直于复合层面的增强纤维。 
本实用新型提供的预制体再经过均热法CVI与HPIC相结合的致密工艺及石墨化处理工艺,即可制成高密度碳纤维复合板,该材料重量轻、耐腐蚀和抗震能力强,并且不易分层,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式,如图1和2所示,碳纤维复合板预制体,包括多层复合层,复合层经过针刺连接在一起,复合层为碳布2和预氧丝网胎1针刺而成。将预氧丝预处理后,铺设成预氧丝网胎1,预氧丝网胎1密度为40~45克/平米,厚度为0.5~0.8毫米,然后铺上碳布2进行针刺,依次逐层铺层针刺,并且多角度错开,在针刺过程中引入垂直的增强纤维3。

1.碳纤维复合板预制体,其特征在于:包括多层复合层,复合层经过针刺连接在一起,所述的复合层为碳布和预氧丝网胎针刺而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维复合板预制体,其特征在于:所述的复合层之间还有垂直于复合层面的增强纤维。
