本实用新型涉及农用化肥机械故障处理设备技术领域，特别是涉及一种造粒机用滚圈刮平器。
背景技术
现有技术中的造粒机，在使用过程中，因造粒机滚圈磨损不均匀，使滚圈出现高低不平的现象，导致造粒机在运转中跳动，严重影响了设备的正常运转。其维修周期长、拆除难度大、附属工作多，直接影响到车间的正常生产，甚至会延误发货。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种维修方便、操作简单、节约成本的造粒机用滚圈刮平器。
本实用新型造粒机用滚圈刮平器，包括设在造粒机滚圈处的支架，在所述支架顶部固定有双层钢板，在所述双层钢板上固定有刮平钢板。
在所述双层钢板的上层钢板上设有一个螺孔，在所述双层钢板的后部设有两个调整螺栓，所述刮平钢板通过压紧螺栓固定在双层钢板上。
所述支架由槽钢焊接而成，所述双层钢板焊接在支架顶部。                                                  
本实用新型由于采用以上结构，与现有技术相比具有维修方便、操作简单、节约成本的优点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示，图中：1.压紧螺栓，2.刮平钢板，3.支架，4.造粒机滚圈，5.双层钢板。
其包括设在造粒机滚圈处的支架，在所述支架顶部固定有双层钢板，在所述双层钢板上固定有刮平钢板。在所述双层钢板的上层钢板上设有一个螺孔，在所述双层钢板的后部设有两个调整螺栓，所述刮平钢板通过压紧螺栓固定在双层钢板上。所述支架由槽钢焊接而成，所述双层钢板焊接在支架顶部。                                                  
在造粒机滚圈处利用长约1.3米的150mm槽钢两根，焊接支架，在支架顶部焊接双层夹（钢）板，便于螺栓固定刮平钢板，双层夹（钢）板和刮平钢板均采用10mm钢板，上层钢板预留螺孔一个，用于螺栓紧固刮平钢板，在夹（钢）板后部增加两个调整螺栓，方便在刮平后向里调整钢板。对于造粒机滚圈，利用引风机的变频控制，开始时变频转速保持低速运转（300转/分），等调整刮平钢板使用一段时间，转速逐渐提高，直至全速运转，无震动时继续转动1至2天即可。此方案同样可以利用在其他设备相同的故障处。

1.一种造粒机用滚圈刮平器，其特征在于：包括设在造粒机滚圈处的支架，在所述支架顶部固定有双层钢板，在所述双层钢板上固定有刮平钢板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的造粒机用滚圈刮平器，其特征在于：在所述双层钢板的上层钢板上设有一个螺孔，在双层钢板的后部设有两个调整螺栓，所述刮平钢板通过压紧螺栓固定在双层钢板上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的造粒机用滚圈刮平器，其特征在于：所述支架由槽钢焊接而成，所述双层钢板焊接在支架顶部。
