一些长期卧床的病人恢复行动能力后需要进行康复训练，一般四肢的康复训练比较常见，专用的康复训练用具结构复杂，价格昂贵，且功能单一，康复拐也不利于病人的脚部用力，目前需要一种结构简单、成本低廉、适用范围广的康复训练用具。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种康复训练用具，该训练用具操作方便，成本低廉，可同时进行手部和脚部的康复训练，且能够适应不同身高的人使用。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种康复训练用具，包括平板状的底座，底座一端的中心处设有一与底座垂直的支杆，底座另一端并列设置有两个脚踏板；所述的支杆由两段管状结构活动套置构成，两段管状结构的连接处设有紧固螺栓，所述的脚踏板通过弹簧连接在底板上；支杆的顶端设有一水平的扶杆，扶杆上设有两个握力器。
本实用新型的有益效果是：设有握力器可以对手部进行康复训练，设有弹簧和脚踏板可以对脚部进行康复训练，支杆的高度可以调节，以适应不同身高的人使用，适用范围广，结构简单，成本低廉。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示。一种康复训练用具，包括平板状的底座1，底座1一端的中心处设有一与底座1垂直的支杆4，底座1另一端并列设置有两个脚踏板3；所述的支杆4由两段管状结构活动套置构成，两段管状结构的连接处设有紧固螺栓5，所述的脚踏板3通过弹簧2连接在底板1上；支杆4的顶端设有一水平的扶杆7，扶杆7上设有两个握力器6。
使用时，首先拧松紧固螺栓5，将支杆4调整到合适高度后，拧紧紧固螺栓5将其固定，双脚分别踏在两个脚踏板3上，轮流踩踏，通过弹簧2的反作用力，实现下肢的康复训练，通过握力器6实现手部的康复训练，若是无需锻炼手部，则手扶住扶杆7即可。
