本实用新型具有以下有益效果：患者进行肢体康复训练时，坐在座板上，手持推力杆作划船动作，然后手脚并用驱动训练椅移动，由此起到肢体康复训练的目的。座板高度可调，可适用于不同体型的患者，座板的前后设有前挡板和后挡板，可保证患者的滑脱；推力杆采用空心杆，较为轻便，便于患者进行操作。其结构简单，操作方便，成本低，康复训练效果好，可普及使用。
