本实用新型涉及一种骨传导助听耳机,尤其是一种制做工艺简单、电机转换效率高、无杂音的骨传导助听耳机。一种骨传导助听耳机,包括弹性壳体、电路板及焊接在电路板上的音圈、永磁铁、内导磁片、外导磁环;所述的弹性壳体,采用橡胶类的弹性材料注塑而成,其特征在于,前端有一突起,插入耳道,内有一空腔,空腔内壁与电路板及外导磁环紧密配合,空腔内壁有小的突起,用于内置元件的定位及维持所要求的磁场间隙。在本实用新型中,电磁力推动音圈相对于磁铁产生运动、弹性壳体产生变形,耳机整体变成一个振动源,振动通过人体皮肤及骨传导,把声波直接传导到听觉神经去音响系统,实现助听效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种骨传导助听耳机,尤其是一种制做工艺简单、电机转换效率高、无杂音的骨传导助听耳机。 
背景技术
传统的助听耳机往往利用电磁力驱动振膜产生活塞运动,与空气偶合发出声音。这种声音通过人的耳膜,传导到大脑的听觉神经,人们通常把这类耳机称为气导型耳机。对于有听力障碍的人群,尤其是重度耳聋患者,需足够高的音量,通过耳膜,来刺激听觉神经,才能达到一定的助听效果。大音量意味着较高的声压,使得用户的耳膜一直处于重载冲击下。长久下去,势必损伤耳膜,造成听力的进一步下降。为了解决这个问题,人们实用新型了骨传导耳机,这种耳机将电信号转换为振动信号,通过与人体的皮肤及骨接触,以固体(非空气)做为媒介把声波直接传导到听觉神经。由于具有保护耳膜的作用,骨传导耳机,得到人们的青睐。但目前市场上的骨传导耳机(主要来自日本及韩国),制造工艺复杂,价格高,令那些感兴趣的顾客望而却步。另外,其音质尤其清晰度,还有许多需要改善的地方。 
发明内容
为了克服现有助听耳机的缺点,本实用新型提供一种制做工艺简单、电机转换效率高、无杂音的骨传导助听耳机。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种骨传导助听耳机,其特征在于,包括:弹性壳体、电路板及焊接在电路板上的音圈、永磁铁、内外导磁片;所述的弹性壳体,采用橡胶类的弹性材料注塑而成,其特征在于,前端有一突起,插入耳道,内有一空腔,空腔内壁与电路板及外导磁片紧密配合,空腔内壁设计有小的突起,用于内置元件(例如:电路板,导磁片等)的定位及维持所要求的磁场间隙。在本实用新型所揭示的设计方案中,音源立体声电流信号流过音圈,产生一个交变的电磁力,使得音圈与磁铁间产生相对运动,弹性壳体产生变形,进而,所诱导的振动通过前端突起、人体的皮肤及骨传导,把声波直接传导到听觉神经去。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种骨传导助听耳机,包括:弹性壳体11、电路板12及焊接在电路板上的音圈13、永磁铁14、内导磁片15、外导磁环16;所述的弹性壳体11,采用橡胶类的弹性材料(例如:硅胶,GEL类材料)注塑而成,其前端有一突起,插入耳道,内有一空腔,空腔内壁与电路板及外导磁环紧密配合,空腔内壁设计有小的突起11a,用于内置元件(例如:电路板,导磁环等)的定位及维持所要求的磁场间隙。 
音圈直接焊接在电路板,通过电路板上的两个焊点,方便导线连接。弹性壳体非常柔软,在装配过程中,电路板音圈组合通过弹性壳体的开孔11b先压入腔体内,定位在腔体的前端,然后,事先粘好的永磁铁、内导磁片、外导磁环组合压入腔体内,定位在腔体的后端。空腔壁内的小突起,维持音圈与永磁铁间的最佳磁场间隙。当立体声信号流过音圈时,前端的电路板音圈组合与后端的永磁铁、内导磁片、外导磁环组合间产生一个交变的电磁力,电磁力推动音圈相对于磁铁产生运动,进一步,推动弹性壳体产生变形,引起耳机装置产生振动,所诱导的振动通过前端突起、人体的皮肤及骨传导,把声波直接传导到听觉神经去,实现助听效果。 

Claims (4)

1.一种骨传导助听耳机,其特征在于,包括:弹性壳体、电路板及焊接在电路板上的音圈、永磁铁、内导磁片、外导磁环。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种骨传导助听耳机其特征在于,弹性壳体前端有一突起,插入耳道,内有一空腔,空腔内壁与电路板及外导磁片紧密配合,空腔内壁有小的突起,用于内置元件的定位及维持所要求的磁场间隙。
3.如权利要求1所述的所述的骨传导助听耳机其特征在于,弹性壳体,采用橡胶类的弹性材料注塑而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的骨传导助听耳机,其特征在于,电磁力推动音圈相对磁铁产生运动、弹性壳体产生变形,耳机整体变成一个振动源。
