背景技术
永磁调速器采用无物理连接传递扭矩，可实现转速平滑调节，允许低负载启动，冲击电流小，减少了电动机绕组、铁芯发热量，降低电动机的振动，延长电动机的使用寿命。但永磁调速器在使用过程中还存在以下问题：
1、永磁调速器在高速运转时产生很高的噪音和较大的风，对工作人员造成较大影响。
2、永磁调速器的在高速运转过程会发热，散热效果较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种噪音低、散热效果好的永磁调速器。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种永磁调速器，包括永磁调速器本体，所述永磁调速器本体外设有降温防噪音装置。
所述降温防噪音装置包括底座和均布在永磁调速器本体圆周表面上的舀风斗，舀风斗的开口朝向永磁调速器本体的转动方向，底座上设有罩在永磁调速器本体上的圆筒形的隔音罩，隔音罩圆周上部沿切线方向设有出风口，隔音罩表面设有散热孔。
采用上述技术方案，在永磁调速器本体高速旋转过程中，降温防噪音装置可对永磁调速器本体进行散热并降低噪音的作用，将高速旋转的风汇聚到一个出风口吹出。
本实用新型设计合理、构造简单，大大降低了永磁调速器本体在工作过程中的噪音，并起到良好的散热功能，延长系统的使用寿命的同时为工人提供一个良好的工作环境。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的一种永磁调速器，包括永磁调速器本体1、永磁调速器本体1外设有降温防噪音装置。
降温防噪音装置包括底座6和均布在永磁调速器本体1圆周表面上的舀风斗7，舀风斗7的开口朝向永磁调速器本体1的转动切线方向，底座6上设有罩在永磁调速器本体1上的圆筒形的隔音罩8，隔音罩8呈e型，隔音罩8圆周上部沿切线方向设有出风口9，隔音罩8表面设有散热孔10。隔音罩8两端中央分别与永磁调速器本体1的中心轴4密封连接。
本实用新型当中的永磁调速器本体1为现有成熟技术，具体构造不早赘述。
本实用新型在工作使用时，永磁调速器本体1在高速运转过程中，带动舀风斗7旋转，舀风斗7将风吹拂到永磁调速器本体1表面，对永磁调速器本体1进行降温，隔音罩8起到降低噪音的良好效果。
