一种新型旋叶式汽车空调压缩机,由缸体、转子、前轴承、后轴承组成;其中转子安装于缸体内腔,转子上等分设有5个插槽,缸体前端安装前轴承,尾部安装后轴承。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型一种新型旋叶式汽车空调压缩机,由缸体1、转子2、前轴承3、后轴承4组成;其中转子2安装于缸体1内腔,转子2上等分设有5个插槽7,缸体1前端安装前轴承3,尾部安装后轴承4;前轴承3横截面两端具有倾斜面结构5或沉孔结构6;当发动机带动转子2转动时,由于离心力和背压腔压力的共同作用,安装在转子2插槽7上的叶片被甩出,紧贴在缸体1内壁,把缸体1内腔分隔成5个等容积随旋转角度变化的压腔,随着转子2的转动,等容积压腔的大小发生周期性的变化,从而完成了气体的吸入、压缩、排出等过程,形成一个回路;由于采用横截面两端带有倾斜面结构或沉孔结构的轴承作为前轴承,与同类产品相比,倾斜面结构或沉孔结构能够更好地起到密封的作用,满足了人们的需求,具有很好的推广效益。

1.一种新型旋叶式汽车空调压缩机,由缸体、转子、前轴承、后轴承组成;其中转子安装于缸体内腔,缸体前端安装前轴承,尾部安装后轴承;其特征在于:转子上等分设有5个插槽。
