背景技术
为了增强冰箱门体和箱体之间的吸合力,增强保温效果,在冰箱门体的下部安装有磁铁盒,在磁铁盒中放置磁铁。但现有技术中的磁铁盒对磁铁的卡位不理想,结构设置存在有不合理的现象,导致磁铁盒易破损、磁铁盒中磁铁容易脱落的问题。

本实用新型是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种安装在冰箱门体上的磁铁盒,以使磁铁盒中的磁铁获得限位,并增加磁铁盒在安装时的弹性,以避免磁铁盒损坏,避免磁铁脱落。 
本实用新型为解决技术问题采用如下技术方案: 
本实用新型安装在冰箱门体上的磁铁盒,其结构特点是:在磁铁盒的侧壁上间隔且平行设置各道竖向槽,所述磁铁盒的侧壁在上沿口处设置有限位在磁铁上方的弹性卡扣。

与已有技术相比,本实用新型有益效果体在: 
1、本实用新型在磁铁盒的侧壁上间隔且平行设置各道竖向槽,使磁铁盒侧壁具有一定的弹性,一方面便于磁铁的安装,另一方面效避免了安装破损; 
2、本实用新型中磁铁盒的侧壁在上沿口处设置有限位在磁铁上方的弹性卡扣,磁铁顺着弹性卡扣向磁铁盒内压装,因弹性卡扣在磁铁上方的限位作用使磁铁不会脱落; 
3、本实用新型设置弹性卡扣为向下折扣的斜面,以此斜面作为磁铁压装的导向面,利用装配。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本实施例中安装在冰箱门体上的磁铁盒的结构设置为:在磁铁盒1的侧壁1a上间隔且平行设置各道竖向槽1b,磁铁盒1的侧壁1a在上沿口处设置有限位在磁铁 上方的弹性卡扣3。竖向槽1b的设置增加了弹性卡扣3的变形量,防止弹性卡扣断裂或者卡扣力太大不利于压装磁铁。 
具体实施中,设置弹性卡扣3为向下折扣的斜面,以此斜面作为磁铁压装的导向面,利用装配,压装在磁铁盒中的磁铁由于弹性卡扣的限位不会脱落。 
本实用新型为注塑件,如图3所示,为了方便相应注塑模具的开发,避开弹性卡扣所在位置的抽芯,可以在与弹性卡扣相对应的磁铁盒的底部设置插穿孔4。

1.一种安装在冰箱门体上的磁铁盒,其特征是:在磁铁盒(1)的侧壁(1a)上间隔且平行设置各道竖向槽(1b),所述磁铁盒的侧壁在上沿口处设置有限位在磁铁上方的弹性卡扣(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安装在冰箱门体上的磁铁盒,其特征是:设置所述弹性卡扣(3)为向下折扣的斜面。
