Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种玩具零件，特别涉及一种玩具外壳。
背景技术
目前，具有外壳的玩具当中有不少采用的是一体成型的制作方式。例如部分玩具车，其需要金属质感的外观，但金属材料又较难附设上用于与螺钉连接的安装柱及柱孔等的安装结构，所以通常会对金属材料以一体成型的方式制作玩具车。这样的玩具车不但质量较大造成不便，而且制作成本高，制作安装的灵活性不高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种新型玩具外壳，通过金属外壳罩设塑料内壳的结构，使玩具的制作更为方便、成本较低且外表美观。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种新型玩具外壳，包括内壳，所述内壳为塑料壳体，其形状与玩具形状相对应；所述内壳上罩设一金属外壳，所述金属外壳形状与内壳形状相匹配。
作为优选，所述内壳形状为不带车底的玩具车车身形状。
作为优选，所述内壳上沿其边缘外侧分布设置有凸部。
作为优选，所述凸部为一沿边缘延伸且闭合的凸条。
作为优选，所述凸条内侧沿边缘与内壳壁之间分布设有若干个通孔，所述金属外壳边缘设有与通孔相对应的卡扣块，所述金属外壳通过卡扣块与通孔固设于内壳上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，其有益效果如下：
本实用新型通过上述结构，使玩具车的制作更为方便、成本降低，且外观具有金属质感，较为美观；而凸条的设置就很好地保护车身，延长了玩具车的使用时限。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示，本实用新型所述的新型玩具外壳，包括形如玩具车车身的金属外壳1及塑料内壳2，两者都不带车底；所述塑料内壳2盖设在车底板及车的其它组件上。所述金属外壳1的边缘设有若干块卡扣块11，所述塑料内壳2的边缘外侧设有沿边缘延伸的闭合凸条21，且凸条21内侧与塑料内壳2壁之间设有与卡扣块11相对应的通孔22；所述金属外壳1罩在塑料内壳2上，同时卡扣块11插入通孔22且向内折叠扣紧通孔22，此时金属外壳1便可固定在塑料内壳2上。
如图4所示，采用金属外壳1与塑料内壳2两层结构，在塑料内壳2上就可附设安装柱3等安装组件，从而使玩具外壳可安装在车底4上，解决了仅采用金属材料制作外壳时难以附设安装柱等安装组件的问题。
在实际应用过程中，由于塑料内壳2与车底板同样采用塑料制成，因而塑料内壳2与底板都比较容易地附设上所需的安装结构，使制作与安装都十分方便；而金属外壳1使玩具车能够具有金属质感的外观，具有美感。设置在塑料内壳2边缘的凸条21，是一种保护设置，当玩具车撞击到其它物品时，凸条21起到缓冲及隔离作用，保护玩具车。
本实用新型并不局限于上述实施方式，如果对本实用新型的各种改动或变型不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围，倘若这些改动和变型属于本实用新型的权利要求和等同技术范围之内，则本实用新型也意图包含这些改动和变动。

1.一种新型玩具外壳，包括内壳，其特征在于，所述内壳为塑料壳体，其形状与玩具形状相对应；所述内壳上罩设一金属外壳，所述金属外壳形状与内壳形状相匹配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型玩具外壳，其特征在于，所述内壳形状为不带车底的玩具车车身形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型玩具外壳，其特征在于，所述内壳上沿其边缘外侧分布设置有凸部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型玩具外壳，其特征在于，所述凸部为一沿边缘延伸且闭合的凸条。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型玩具外壳，其特征在于，所述凸条内侧与内壳壁之间沿边缘分布设有若干个通孔，所述金属外壳边缘设有与通孔相对应的卡扣块，所述金属外壳通过卡扣块与通孔固设于内壳上。
