本实用新型提供一种除尘洁净装置，包括风机、通风道、风室、高效过滤器、出气格栅。所述风机通过通风道连接风室，能持续输送空气至风室，风室出气端口设有高效过滤器，所述过滤器包含多层空气除尘过滤网。风机输送的空气经过空气除尘过滤网后，形成洁净度达到工艺要求的空气。满足了高精线路板的生产要求。进而提高了高精电路板的成品率，获取更大的经济效益。

本实用新型涉及净化装置，尤其涉及一种除尘洁净装置。
背景技术
印刷电路板（PCB）出现在很多电子设备中，其应用范围是很广的。而PCB的图形转移制作工艺对环境要求非常高，尤其是当线宽 /线距达到3μm时，其环境洁净度要求必须≤1万级，即1立方米空间内，粒径大于等于0.5μm粒子数少于35万个。而整个空间均要达到这样高的洁净度，势必对整个中央空调系统有很高要求，不但运营成本高而且维护保养周期也大大缩短。所以提供一种局部洁净度达到工艺标准的工作区域是很有现实意义的。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中问题，本实用新型提供了一种除尘洁净装置，包括风机、通风道、风室、高效过滤器、出气格栅、所述风机通过所述通风道连接风室，所述高效过滤器设于所述风室内部，所述出气格栅设于所述高效过滤器下端。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述通风道是密闭无缝连接风机和风室的。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述高效过滤器包含多层空气除尘过滤网。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述多层空气除尘过滤网设置于所述风室出气端口。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述出气格栅安装于所述风室出气口最外端。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述多层空气除尘过滤网的尺寸型号适配所述风室出风端口尺寸与形状。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述出气格栅尺寸型号适配所述风室出气端口尺寸与形状。
本实用新型的有益效果是：提供局部高洁净度的环境，用于PCB图形转移制作工艺和其他对环境洁净度有很高要求的工艺。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。如图1所示，除尘净化装置包括风机6、通风道2、风室3、高效过滤器5、出气格栅9、所述风机6通过所述通风道2连接风室3，所述高效过滤器5设于所述风室3内部，所述出气格栅9设于所述高效过滤器5下端。曝光机组8设置于出气格栅9正下方，该曝光机组8的上表面即曝光机组8上板区位于出气格栅9正下方。风室3、高效过滤器5、出气格栅9尺寸形状相互适配。风机6从外界环境抽入低洁净度的空气1，通过通风道2送达风室3，然后经过多层空气除尘过滤网5的过滤，达到工艺所需高洁净度环境的标准，该标准洁净度的空气从出气格栅9处均匀排出。由于风机6不断送入空气，所以最终形成高洁净度的风柱7。继而在曝光机组8上板区形成局部高洁净度环境。

2.根据权利要求1所述的除尘洁净装置，其特征在于：所述通风道是密闭无缝连接所述风机和所述风室的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除尘洁净装置，其特征在于：所述高效过滤器包含多层空气除尘过滤网。
4.根据权利要求3所述的除尘洁净装置，其特征在于：所述多层空气除尘过滤网设置于所述风室出气端口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的除尘洁净装置，其特征在于：所述出气格栅安装于所述风室出气口最外端。
6.根据权利要求3所述的除尘洁净装置，其特征在于：所述多层空气除尘过滤网的尺寸型号适配所述风室出风端口尺寸与形状。
