一种浮萍式电解槽保温片,以解决现有技术中电解槽保温盖移动不便的问题。本方案中的浮萍式电解槽保温片,其特征在于,包括有浮片,两浮片之间的轮廓边沿相配合。浮片的质量小于浮片置于液面时排开液体的质量,意即可浮在电解液面上。换言之,就是浮萍式电解槽保温片可以浮在电解池的液面上。多个浮片间的轮廓可严密配合,通常可采用均为直边的多边形,多个浮片平铺在一起时可以良好的覆盖液面,浮片轮廓可为三角形、方形、六边形等,但是圆形等形状其间会产生间隙,覆盖效果较差。可以采用比重比电解液小的材料,当然浮片需采用热传导性低的材料以实现保温效果,同时浮片的材料还必须能够耐受电解液的腐蚀作用,通常的铜电解液为硫酸。

本实用新型涉及一种电解槽的保温结构。
背景技术
电解槽在正常生产过程中,用若干块槽盖板将整个电解槽密封起来。这样一是为了减少电解槽的热量损失,节省能源;二是为了防止电解过程中产生的烟气弥散,造成环境污染和人体受伤害。目前普遍采用的盖板均需固定在电解槽旁的机座上,移动不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型意在提供一种浮萍式电解槽保温片,以解决现有技术中电解槽保温盖移动不便的问题。
技术方案一:本方案中的浮萍式电解槽保温片,其特征在于,包括有浮片,两浮片之间的轮廓边沿相配合。
浮片的质量小于浮片置于液面时排开液体的质量,意即可浮在电解液面上。
换言之,就是浮萍式电解槽保温片可以浮在电解池的液面上。多个浮片间的轮廓可严密配合,通常可采用均为直边的多边形,多个浮片平铺在一起时可以良好的覆盖液面,浮片轮廓可为三角形、方形、六边形等,但是圆形等形状其间会产生间隙,覆盖效果较差。可以采用比重比电解液小的材料,当然浮片需采用热传导性低的材料以实现保温效果,同时浮片的材料还必须能够耐受电解液的腐蚀作用,通常的铜电解液为硫酸。
技术方案二,进一步:浮片表面设有低热传导层,同时还需耐酸腐蚀。如耐酸塑料、耐酸树脂等。
技术方案三,进一步:浮片为方形,浮片上表面的面积大于1c㎡小于100c㎡。需同时在电解槽中放入大量的浮萍式电解槽保温片,所述保温片自然均匀的散布在电解液的表面,以达到保温的目的,而且在进行阴极板的插入时,小片的保温片可以自动的避让阴极板,不干涉电解工序的常规操作。

如图1所示:此为俯视图,在电解槽1中的电解液的液面上均匀漂浮有大量的浮萍式电解槽保温片2,浮片轮廓为方形,使用热传导性低的耐酸塑料制成,整体具有隔热效果,浮片上表面还设有隔热效果更佳的硅酸钙质绝热板,浮片面积为10 c㎡,此外浮片面积还可选取1c㎡至100c㎡之间的值。
