背景技术
在化工行业经常会用到高压闪蒸灌,在使用过程中高温高压液体由黑水排液管喷射到罐体内,从而释放大量热量,使水迅速变为水蒸气。现有的黑水排液管的端部与闪蒸灌的罐体连接,高温高压液体由黑水排液管的端部喷出后速度较快,会喷溅到闪蒸罐的罐体上,由于罐壁较薄,这样在使用一段时间后闪蒸灌的罐体就会被击穿,从而需要停工进行维护,影响工作进程与生产效率。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可以避免高压闪蒸罐罐体被击穿、增加高压闪蒸灌使用寿命、便于维护的高压闪蒸罐的排液管结构,可以克服现有技术的不足。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:高压闪蒸罐的排液管结构,它包高压闪蒸罐,在高压闪蒸罐上连接有黑水排液管,黑水排液管的前段插接在高压闪蒸罐内,在黑水排液管的端部连接有堵板,在位于高压闪蒸罐内的黑水排液管的腹部开设有出液口。 
与现有技术比较,本实用新型将黑水排液管的前段插接在闪蒸罐内,并且在黑水排液管的端部连接堵板,在位于闪蒸罐内的排液管的腹部开设出液口,这样高速喷溅的液体就可受到堵板的阻挡由出液口排出,从而可以避免喷溅液对管壁的冲击,增加闪蒸罐的使用寿命,缩短维护时间。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1所示,在高压闪蒸罐1上连接有黑水排液管2,黑水排液管2的前段插接在高压闪蒸罐1内,在黑水排液管2的端部焊接有堵板3,堵板3采用厚度为12mm的钢板,在位于高压闪蒸罐1内的黑水排液管2的腹部开设有出液口4。
