本实用新型公开了一种轴向磁场磁路不对称的永磁电机，包括永磁电机的壳体、固定设置在壳体内的定子铁芯和轴向设置在定子铁芯中心位置上的主轴，主轴上安装有转子，所述转子的轴向长度小于定子铁芯的轴向长度。本实用新型设计合理，结构简单，突破了永磁电机转子与定子等长的常规设计方案；由于转子长度的变化可以改变永磁电机磁场的强弱，高速运行时，转子变短，磁场减弱可使驱动器的弱磁电流降低，有效降低驱动器的裕度；低速运行时，转子变长，减少漏磁，磁场增强，可使驱动器每安电流提供的转矩增加，同样可以降低驱动器的裕度。

背景技术
在机械设备中，动力拖动系统一般通过传动机构或直驱方式将电机动力传递给执行机构。永磁电机的特点是：通过磁路设计，将电机的定子、转子做成等长，电机的工作转矩和工作转速范围基本确定。当电机需要更宽转速范围，特别是更高的运转速度时，必须利用驱动器的弱磁功能进行扩速。但弱磁扩速的范围是有限的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种轴向磁场磁路不对称的永磁电机，根据转速需要只需改变本永磁电机转子的长度就能轻松实现转速范围的调节，充分拓展永磁电机的应用领域。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种轴向磁场磁路不对称的永磁电机，包括永磁电机的壳体、固定设置在壳体内的定子铁芯和轴向设置在定子铁芯中心位置上的主轴，主轴上安装有转子，其特征在于：所述转子的轴向长度小于定子铁芯的轴向长度。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
（1）本实用新型设计合理，结构简单；
（2）突破了电机转子与定子等长的常规设计方案；
（3）通过调节转子与定子的长度比例，可以使电机的调速范围得到不同程度的调节，以适应不同应用场合的需要。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种轴向磁场磁路不对称的永磁电机，包括永磁电机的壳体2、固定设置在壳体2内的定子铁芯3和轴向设置在定子铁芯3中心位置上的主轴1，主轴1上安装有转子4，所述转子4的轴向长度小于定子铁芯3的轴向长度。
本实用新型电机工作时，1)当转子的轴向尺寸缩短时，转子提供的磁场总强度变弱，定子铁芯的轴向长度相对变长，即相当于在定、转子等长的电机线包上串联了一组电感，巧妙地增加了电机整体阻抗，使反电动势常数变小，高速运行范围变宽；2)当转子轴向尺寸加长时，转子提供的磁场总强度变强，定子铁芯轴向长度相对变短，电机漏磁减小，巧妙地减小了电机整体阻抗，使反电动势常数变大，同等电流所提供的低速转矩增加。

1.一种轴向磁场磁路不对称的永磁电机，包括永磁电机的壳体（2）、固定设置在壳体（2）内的定子铁芯（3）和轴向设置在定子铁芯（3）中心位置上的主轴（1），主轴（1）上安装有转子（4），其特征在于：所述转子（4）的轴向长度小于定子铁芯（3）的轴向长度。
