本实用新型涉及一种施封工具台，是由底座，座于底座上的支架，装设在支架上的定轴，套于定轴上的绕丝轮组成，封丝绕于绕丝轮上，绕丝轮套于定轴上，在底座上端面设置有出丝孔，封丝由出丝孔穿出。本实用新型将成卷的封丝装上后可自由抽拽使用，方便了施封人员在电表施封过程中的连续化使用。

本实用新型涉及一种施封工具台。
背景技术
在电能表效验实验室中，一直以来都采用传统的电能表施封方式。原有的电能表施封方式是把铅封丝剪成8厘米左右的小段，在电表施封过程中，先将封丝穿进电表，再将封丝两端穿进铅封，最后进行施封，此种方式不仅耗时长、效率低，而且材料浪费也很多，尤其是在裁剪封丝环节，耗时耗力，裁剪出的封丝良莠不齐，长短不一，既浪费材料又影响美观；另外，装箱时伸出的铅封丝极易划伤手部，造成检定人员手部不必要的损伤。随着实验室状态下智能电表的大批量检定任务的增加，传统的电能表施封方式的弊端愈发明显，已经远远不能满足高效率检定的需求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种可快速高效进行铅封施封的施封工具台。
施封工具台是由底座，座于底座上的支架，装设在支架上的定轴，套于定轴上的绕丝轮组成，封丝绕于绕丝轮上，绕丝轮套于定轴上，在底座上端面设置有出丝孔，封丝由出丝孔穿出。 
本实用新型将成卷的封丝装上后可自由抽拽使用，方便了施封人员在电表施封过程中的连续化使用。

实施例:如图1所示，施封工具台是由底座3，座于底座3上的支架2，装设在支架2上的定轴1，套于定轴1上的绕丝轮7组成。封丝6绕于绕丝轮7上，绕丝轮7套于定轴1上，可绕定轴1自由转动，不可左右滑动。在底座3上端面设置有出丝孔5，封丝6由出丝孔5穿出。
成卷的封丝6装上后可自由抽拽使用，方便了施封人员在电表施封过程中的连续化使用。铅封作业时，本发明放到操作台上即可使用。
