本实用新型是关于浮头式换热器壳程(壳体)试压工装,属于机械制造领域。
背景技术:
浮头式换热器分两端管板,一端不与壳体相连,该端称浮头。管子受热时,管束连同浮头可以沿轴向自由伸缩,完全消除了温差应力,其结构由钩圈、浮头法兰、浮头盖、管板组成,设浮头法兰为凸型和梯型凸台双密封,分程隔板与梯型凸台相通并位于同一端面的宽面法兰,且凸型和梯型凸台及分程隔板分别与浮头管板凹型和梯型凹槽及分程凹槽相对应匹配,该浮头法兰与无折边球面封头组配焊接为浮头盖,其法兰螺孔与浮头管板的丝孔或螺杆相组配,用螺栓或螺帽紧固压紧浮头管板凹型和梯型凹槽及分程凹槽及其垫片。
浮头换热器的特点是一端管板固定在壳体与管箱之间,另一端管板可以在壳体内自由移动,这种换热器壳体和管束的热膨胀是自由的,管束可以抽出,便于清洗管间和管内。其缺点是结构复杂,造价高(比固定管板高20%),在运行中浮头处发生泄漏,不易检查处理。浮头式换热器适用于壳体和管束温差较大或壳程介质易结垢的条件。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种浮头式换热器壳体的试压工装,使之在制造厂内可以对壳体进行试压,保证管头的焊接质量。以便增加其使用寿命,节约成本。
本实用新型的技术方案是:浮头式换热器壳体的试压工装,用厚的钢板制备成圆环形状(钢板厚度根据设备的试验压力,计算出试验压力所需的钢板的厚度),圆环外径比换热器壳体内径小4mm,内径为浮头式换热器的管板密封面内圆尺寸。
换热器壳体及管头焊接完成,具备打压条件。将换热器壳体法兰与管箱法兰对把,用设备螺栓拧紧。接着将与管板密封面相配的垫片安装到位。然后将工装环压死并点焊在换热器壳体管箱短节上进行试压。
本实用新型的有益效果是:利用简明的装置对浮头式换热器壳体进行试压,方便对壳体进行试压,保证浮头式换热器管头的焊接质量。

具体实施方式
图中:钩圈1、管板2、浮头法兰3、浮头盖4、浮头螺栓5、浮头螺母6、管板垫片7、壳体法兰螺栓8、壳体法兰螺母9、管箱垫片10、焊点11、工装环12。
用40mm厚的钢板气割下料,下圆环形状,外径比换热器壳体内径小4mm便于实配,内径为浮头式换热器的管板密封面内圆尺寸。将工装环的内外圆车加工见平,后将与管板密封面相配工装环面车加工为凸面,需要保证凹凸面的装配尺寸。
待换热器壳体及管头焊接完成,具备打压条件。将换热器壳体法兰与管箱法兰对把,用设备螺栓拧紧。接着将与管板密封面相配的垫片安装到位。然后把事先准备好的工装环压死点焊在管箱短节上,用钢焊将工装环与管箱短节焊接相连。(注:管箱封头与短节待壳体试压合格后再组对)此时便可以注水试压管头是否泄漏。待合格后将工装拆除。
