本实用新型属于煤矿防护装置，尤其涉及一种快速防火密闭门。
背景技术
火灾是矿井的灾害之一，矿井根据火灾发生地点和起火原因不同，以及火灾发生的不同时期，采取预防和消除火灾的方法，防火门套是防灭火技术中的一种很有效的应急灭火设施。具体方法是在工作面轨顺、皮顺撤面溜子道以里，靠煤壁构筑200-300mm宽墙垛，内嵌50毫米宽槽钢，在工作面发生火灾时，迅速用木板填入槽钢，隔绝两顺槽进回风流，使火灾窒息消除。但人工填充门板费时费力，在火灾发生的紧急情况下需要一定的时间和人力封闭防火套，反应较慢；在日常也需投入人力物力维护防火装备和材料，使之处于良好的备用状态。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种快速防火密闭门的技术方案，在矿井发生火灾时迅速关闭防火门，隔绝火源。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种快速防火密闭门，包括防火墙垛、导槽、防火卷帘门；在矿井工作面需要安装防火密闭门的位置构筑所述防火墙垛，在防火墙垛内侧嵌入所述导槽，所述防火卷帘门安装在导槽中，防火卷帘门的两侧设有多个沿导槽运动的导向滚轮，防火卷帘门沿导槽垂直上下运动实现开启和关闭。
所述防火卷帘门是铝合金防火卷帘门。
所述导槽采用50毫米宽槽钢。
所述防火墙垛的宽度是200毫米至300毫米，防火墙垛的厚度是600毫米。
本实用新型的有益效果是：坚固耐用，耐高温，操作简便；在发生火灾时，井下人员可迅速关闭防火密闭门，保证井下人员安全并控制火灾蔓延；不需要投入人力物力进行日常维护。

如图1、图2，一种快速防火密闭门，包括防火墙垛1、导槽2、防火卷帘门3；在矿井工作面需要安装防火密闭门的位置构筑所述防火墙垛，在防火墙垛内侧嵌入所述导槽，所述防火卷帘门安装在导槽中，防火卷帘门的两侧设有多个沿导槽运动的导向滚轮，防火卷帘门沿导槽垂直上下运动实现开启和关闭。
所述防火卷帘门是铝合金防火卷帘门。
所述导槽采用50毫米宽槽钢。
所述防火墙垛的宽度S是200毫米至300毫米，防火墙垛的厚度W是600毫米。
在井下正常作业时，将所述快速防火密闭门的防火卷帘门推到顶端，使防火卷帘门保持打开状态；当工作面发生火灾时，作业地点人员撤出工作面后迅速将防火卷帘门拉下，隔离和和封闭火源，可控制火势蔓延，并可使火源在密闭环境中因缺氧而熄灭。
快速防火密闭门是一种应急防火设施，当工作面回采完毕即将失去使用价值，可以将快速防火密闭门拆除重复使用，降低消耗。

1.一种快速防火密闭门，包括防火墙垛、导槽、防火卷帘门；其特征在于，在矿井工作面需要安装防火密闭门的位置构筑所述防火墙垛，在防火墙垛内侧嵌入所述导槽，所述防火卷帘门安装在导槽中，防火卷帘门的两侧设有多个沿导槽运动的导向滚轮，防火卷帘门沿导槽垂直上下运动实现开启和关闭。
