本实用新型涉及一种蒸氨塔,用于焦化蒸氨领域。 
技术背景  
三回收蒸氨塔是在2006年开始投产使用的,当时是处理两座焦炉的剩余氨水,处理量一般在22m3/h左右,蒸氨塔的操作指标全部正常,蒸氨废水能够达标排放。直至9、10#焦炉开工后,蒸氨塔处理剩余氨水量翻了一倍,增加到平均45m3/h,高时可达到50 m3/h,这时的操作难度增大了,同时降液管管口与受液盘表面距离为25~30mm,出现塔盘降液管流水不畅,液面升高,形成液泛,蒸汽无法正常通过泡罩进行蒸馏,使蒸氨塔阻力增大,塔压升高,操作秩序紊乱,塔底液位忽高忽低,蒸氨废水指标超标,并且塔底压力超限时经常喷塔,蒸氨塔已无法正常运行。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供种提高来料的处理量,操作稳定的蒸氨塔。

具体实施方式
本实用新型蒸氨塔塔板3上镶嵌泡罩4,用于实现汽液平衡。塔内的降液管1管口与受液盘2表面距离为50mm。所有的操作参数都正常,剩余氨水处理量在45~50m3/h,塔底温度在99~100℃,压力在30~45kPa,塔顶压力在5~10 kPa,温度在95℃左右,分缩器后氨汽温度在85℃左右,蒸氨废水的氨氮含量在50~100,操作稳定,指标达到标准。
