本实用新型公开了一种针对200目以上的细粉状物料输送时使用的螺旋机分体式吊轴承。其吊轴承体(3)用螺栓(2)固定悬挂在槽钢(1)上，压环半体(4)用螺栓固定在吊轴承体(3)下端，滑动轴套半体(5)活动置于压环半体(4)内，且和传动轴活动连接。由于本实用新型把轴承设计为分体式且无密封圈，物料可以从吊轴承中通过，基本不会出现吊轴承憋死情况，维护周期由以前的一周一次，提高到半年至一年，节约了资源及成本大幅提高了生产效率。

螺旋机分体式吊轴承
技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种针对200目以上的细粉状物料的输送时使用的螺旋机分体式吊轴承。 
背景技术：螺旋机以前的吊轴承采用的是整体带迷宫密封圈型式，当物料为200目以上且磨琢性很强时，老式的吊轴承很容易发生物料进入吊轴承体中，至使吊轴承憋死，发生设备损坏，出现事故，增加运行成本。 
实用新型内容：本实用新型克服了原螺旋机吊轴承存在的弊端，提供了一种把轴承设计为分体式且无密封圈，不会出现吊轴承憋死，节约成本提高生产效率使用的螺旋机分体式吊轴承。本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：其吊轴承体3用螺栓2固定悬挂在槽钢1上，压环半体4用螺栓固定在吊轴承体3下端，滑动轴套半体5活动置于压环半体4内，且和传动轴活动连接。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于把轴承设计为分体式且无密封圈，物料可以从吊轴承中通过，基本不会出现吊轴承憋死情况，维护周期由以前的一周一次，提高到半年至一年，节约了资源及成本大幅提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式：如图1、图2所示，其吊轴承体3用螺栓2固定悬挂在槽钢1上，压环半体4用螺栓固定在吊轴承体3下端，滑动轴套半体5活动置于压环半体4内，且和传动轴活动连接。 
如图1、图2所示，所述的吊轴承体3和压环半体4为分体式固定连接，且无密封圈。

1.一种螺旋机分体式吊轴承，其特征在于吊轴承体(3)用螺栓(2)固定悬挂在槽钢(1)上，压环半体(4)用螺栓固定在吊轴承体(3)下端，滑动轴套半体(5)活动置于压环半体(4)内，且和传动轴活动连接。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋机分体式吊轴承，其特征在于所述的吊轴承体(3)和压环半体(4)为分体式固定连接，且无密封圈。
