背景技术
在机械领域中的轧钢工序中，为改善型钢外观质量和定位精度，经常采用将轧材冷却、矫直后进行冷锯定尺的工艺方法，目前所使用的冷切圆锯片一般为平板金属锯片，整体厚度一致，在使用过程中工件对锯片的摩擦阻力较大，消耗电能，同时，在进行加工过程中，一般的锯片发出很大的噪音，给人们使用带来了极大的不便。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种低噪圆盘锯片。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种低噪圆盘锯片，包括本体，本体包括相互焊接而成的内圆盘和外圆环，内圆盘的中心处开有通孔，通孔内设有固定环，沿通孔的周向设有数个传动固定孔，外圆环的外周缘部上设有锯齿，传动固定孔内设有橡胶环，外圆环上开设有数个消音孔，所述消音孔沿外圆环均匀分布。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：内圆盘和外圆环通过焊接而成，外圆环上的锯齿长时间使用之后，可仅跟换外圆环即可，这样便可以节约耗材，外圆环上开有数个消音孔，同时还可以起到降低噪音的作用，给人们的使用带来了方便。

本实用新型的内圆盘11和外圆环12通过焊接而成，外圆环12上的锯齿4长时间使用之后，可仅跟换外圆环12即可，这样便可以节约耗材，外圆环12上开有数个消音孔5，同时还可以起到降低噪音的作用，给人们的使用带来了方便。
