目前，人们日常使用的煎饺煎制平锅如图1所示，在煎制煎饺时，由于热传导较集中的原因，放置在锅体中心位置的煎饺受热较多，极易导致中部的煎饺被煎糊。

本实用新型的目的是针对上述不足，提供一种煎饺平锅。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种煎饺平锅，包括锅体，所述的锅体的底部为复合锅底，所述的锅体的中心位置设有一个与锅体一体的柱形凸起。
本实用新型的有益效果：由于采用在锅体的中心位置设有一个与锅体一体的柱形凸起，在做到散热的同时加强了热传导，可有效解决锅体中心在使用时温度过高的问题，做到煎制时锅体中部煎饺不糊。其结构简单，易于实现。
