本实用新型涉及线路信号传输连接装置。
背景技术
LOW VoItage DifferentiaI SignaIing ,  LVDS 线高速传输信号连接线束。一般采用20276UL线传输连接方式,20276UL线是一种偏圆型其结构工艺复杂,其外皮被PVC绝缘,内层是屏蔽编织网和铝箔纸缠绕, 共有5对信号线,3个低压电源线,4个地线,多余10pcs用剪刀剪掉平齐外绝缘层。全部需要手工压接两端金属端子,无法用自动机压接两端金属端子,那些多余的线还要人工剪掉。因此产量低, 成品不良率高,线束成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高速传输线束。
它包括线体(1)连接的A端接插头(2)、金属端子(6)、金属铁壳(14)和B端接插头(11)、金属端子(10)、绝缘套管(7)、接地端子(8),线体(1)由外向内设置绝缘胶布(9), 屏蔽网(5),信号线(12、13),地线(4),低压电源线(17);信号线(12、13),地线(4),低压电源线(17)的表面是绝缘层(16)其内是导体(15);线体(1)的表面设置尼龙扎带(3),尼龙扎带(3)外设置磁环(19)。
本实用新型加工操作简单,端口插入不会脱落、防震,图像稳;对铁粉芯、磁环有消磁作用。导体接触面镀金,接触性好,抗氧化防潮。线数刚好够用,没有多余的线需要人工剪掉,节省原材料,加工成本少,效率高,制程不良率低。是理想的信号高速传输线束,特别适合各式液晶屏接口。
