为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种节能砂浆原料烘干机,包括支架、平行设置在支架上的烘干筒,其特征在于:所述烘干筒外筒壁环设有齿圈,所述支架上设有烘干筒电机,所述烘干筒电机通过一减速机驱动齿圈,所述烘干筒内筒壁设有一气流夹层,所述气流夹层的腔室内设有流动的废热气体,所述烘干筒中心设有一根中心筒,所述中心筒设有若干根分支筒与气流夹层腔室连通。
优选的,所述气流夹层设有凸向烘干筒中心的隆起部。
优选的,所述中心筒一端与废热气体管道连通,所述中心筒另一端设有抽风机。
本实用新型利用工业生产中产生的废热气体作为烘干机热源,烘干筒旋转,气流夹层腔室内流动的废热气体加热烘干筒内的砂浆,砂浆在翻转过程中得到均匀加热烘干。结构简单,环保高效。

下面结合图1具体说明砂浆原料烘干机的实施例,其包括支架1、平行设置在支架1上的烘干筒2,所述烘干筒2外筒壁环设有齿圈20,所述支架上设有烘干筒电机10,所述烘干筒电机通过一减速机11驱动齿圈,所述烘干筒内筒壁设有一气流夹层21,所述气流夹层的腔室内设有流动的废热气体。所述烘干筒2外筒壁设有保温层。
所述气流夹层设有凸向烘干筒中心的隆起部。隆起部可以为单个的半球下形凸起也可以为连续的螺旋凸条。
所述烘干筒中心设有一根中心筒22,所述中心筒设有若干根分支筒23与气流夹层腔室连通。分支筒以中心筒为中心呈米字形分布。增大散热面积。
所述中心筒一端与废热气体管道连通,所述中心筒另一端设有抽风机。加快废热气体的流动。
