本实用新型涉及一种LED光源模块,尤其是涉及一种大功率LED射灯光源模块。
背景技术
由于LED具有节能、耐用、无污染等优点,因此被广泛用于照明、显示和背光源等领域。随着LED技术的发展,将LED作为定向照明中的光源模块已经屡见不鲜。然而,目前LED射灯光源模块的功率基本都在10W以内,所以高光强的照明环境中都无法使用LED射灯光源模块进行照明。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种功率较大的LED射灯光源模块。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:LED射灯光源模块,包括光源安装座,包括壳体,壳体设置在光源安装座的底部,壳体内设置有通风腔体,通风腔体内设置有风扇,通风腔体设有与壳体外部连通的进风口,壳体上设有与通风腔体连通的出风口。
具体的,出风口位于壳体与光源安装座连接部位的周边。
具体的,进风口位于通风腔体的底部。
优选的,所述进风口的位置与出风口的位置相对。
进一步的,所述进风口至少有两个。
进一步的,所述出风口至少有两个。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过使用风扇作为辅助散热装置,加强散热性能,同时控制体积。本实用新型适用于LED照明系统。

下面结合附图,详细描述本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1,本实用新型的LED射灯光源模块,包括光源安装座23,包括壳体2,壳体2设置在光源安装座23的底部,壳体2内设置有通风腔体22,通风腔体22内设置有风扇3,通风腔体22设有与壳体2外部连通的进风口24,壳体2上设有与通风腔体22连通的出风口25。通过导线1控制风扇3的启停。
出风口25位于壳体2与光源安装座23连接部位的周边。进风口24位于通风腔体22的底部,所述进风口24的位置与出风口25的位置相对,便可使得进风口24和出风口25形成空气对流,优化散热效果。
为了增加进风量,在上述技术方案中,所述进风口24至少有两个。
为了增加出风量,在上述技术方案中,所述出风口25至少有两个。
当导线1与外接电源相连时风扇3转动,气流从进风口24进入,从壳体2上的出风口25压出,将LED发光体产生的热量排出。为了达到良好的热传导性能,壳体2可以是压铸铝合金材料。通过使用风扇作为辅助散热的装置,可实现大功率LED定向照明(如30W),同时控制了射灯的体积,利用强制散热以实现体积小却具有大功率的LED射灯光源模块。

1.LED射灯光源模块,包括光源安装座(23),其特征在于,包括壳体(2),壳体(2)设置在光源安装座(23)的底部,壳体(2)内设置有通风腔体(22),通风腔体(22)内设置有风扇(3),通风腔体(22)设有与壳体(2)外部连通的进风口(24),壳体(2)上设有与通风腔体(22)连通的出风口(25)。 
2.如权利要求1所述的LED射灯光源模块,其特征在于,出风口(25)位于壳体(2)与光源安装座(23)连接部位的周边。 
3.如权利要求2所述的LED射灯光源模块,其特征在于,进风口(24)位于通风腔体(22)的底部。 
4.如权利要求3所述的LED射灯光源模块,其特征在于,所述进风口(24)的位置与出风口(25)的位置相对。 
5.如权利要求1或2或3或4所述的LED射灯光源模块,其特征在于,所述进风口(24)至少有两个。
