本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该旅游透明顶部车载帐篷包括顶环、透明顶篷、顶骨、侧环、侧篷和支撑杆；该旅游透明顶部车载帐篷顶部设有圆环状的顶环和侧环，顶环和侧环之间均匀铰接有柱状的顶骨，顶骨之间设有采用透明材质制成的透明顶篷，侧环上与顶骨对应位置向下活动铰链接有支撑杆，支撑杆之间固定设有侧篷。使用时，通过支撑杆将帐篷固定在地上即可使用；携带时，将支撑杆折叠后放在车顶，便于携带。
