Abstract

本实用新型涉及新型刮板机刮板,尤其是用于刮超细物料、高粘度物料、易结硬物料和含水率高物料的刮板。 
背景技术
目前工业生产中用的刮板机,属于直板型刮板,其缺陷在于刮板面宽,刮擦面积过大,刮擦力度相对减小,在生产运行过程中往往会发生底部积料,特别是积料为超细物料、高粘度物料、易结硬物料时,更容易出现沉积现象,遇到沉积现象需要大量人力物力来清理刮板机底部沉积的物料,降低了设备运转效率。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有刮板机刮不干净的技术问题,提供一种可以减少刮板机底部积料的新型刮板机的刮板。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下方案实现的: 
新型刮板机刮板,在刮板体的刮擦面上设有多个锯齿状突起,形成锯齿状刮擦面,锯齿状突起可为矩形、梯形或弧形。工作时,调整拉链的张紧度,最终达到把落至刮板机上的物料刮干净的目的。 
所述锯齿状突起,可根据生产实际情况,由物料的粘度,确定锯齿状突起的间距。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以提高刮板机的生产能力、提高设备运转效率,结构简单,方便操作。

实施例1新型刮板机刮板,如图1所示,刮板体1的刮擦面设有数个矩形的突起2,根据生产实际情况,由物料的粘度确定刮板锯齿突起2的间距和长度 (a、b),a=2~5厘米,b=2~5厘米。 
实施例2如图2所示,采用梯形突起2,其余同实施例1; 
实施例3如图3所示,采用弧形突起2,其余同实施例1; 
实施例4采用实施例1与实施例2相结合,根据生产实际情况,矩形突起2与梯形突起2相互交替排列; 
实施例5采用实施例1与实施例3相结合,根据生产实际情况,梯形突起2与弧形突起2相互交替排列; 
实施例6采用实施例2与实施例3相结合,根据生产实际情况,矩形突起2与弧形突起2相互交替排列。

1.新型刮板机刮板,其特征在于,刮板体(1)的刮擦面上设有多个锯齿状突起(2),锯齿状突起(2)为矩形、梯形或弧形。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型刮板机刮板,其特征在于,锯齿状突起(2)的间距大小,根据物料的粘度确定。
