背景技术
预制装配整体式剪力墙结构的叠合板上，需要预留给排水的套管，常有用于厨房、卫生间以及阳台、空调板等的地漏、排水管、给水管等。因为在工厂自动流水生产线的台模上固定困难，台模是全钢不锈铁的面板，厚度为10mm，且为确保预制构件的品质，台模上严禁钻研，因此预埋套管的传统固定方法只能是依靠铁丝等工具绑扎在骨架的钢筋上。这种固定方案在混凝土振捣时往往发生位移，造成后期安装时重新开洞，不仅费工费时对质量也造成一定影响。

实用新型目的：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种在预制装配整体式剪力墙结构的叠合板上预留套管的装置，操作简单，能够防止混凝土振捣时套管发生位移。
技术方案：本实用新型所述的一种在预制装配整体式剪力墙结构的叠合板上预留套管的装置，包括磁性底座、螺杆、压板和螺栓，所述螺杆竖直固定在磁性底座上，当所述磁性底座吸附固定在台模上，套管可穿过螺杆其底端套装固定在所述磁性底座的四周，所述压板穿过螺杆通过螺栓压合固定在套管的上端口上。
进一步地，所述磁性底座的吸附力大于或等于176.4N，确保叠合板在振动台上震动时磁性底座不移位，保证预留的精度。
进一步地，所述磁性底座呈圆台形。
进一步地，所述螺杆位于所述磁性底座的中心位置。

如图1所示，一种在预制装配整体式剪力墙结构的叠合板上预留套管的装置，包括圆台形磁性底座1、螺杆2、压板3和螺栓4，所述螺杆2竖直固定在磁性底座1的中心位置处，当所述磁性底座1吸附固定在台模5上，套管6可穿过螺杆2其底端套装固定在所述磁性底座1的四周，所述压板3穿过螺杆2通过螺栓4压合固定在套管6的上端口上，所述磁性底座1的吸附力大于或等于176.4N。
上述装置结构简单，使用方便，在预制装配整体式剪力墙结构的叠合板时可将套管6精确地固定在叠合板7上。
