本实用新型涉及一种用于叠合板配管预留接口施工的模块。
背景技术
预制装配整体式剪力墙结构的叠合板上许多灯座盒需要通过配管将电线接通到墙上的开关盒上，即通常所说的二次配管。在预制装配建筑中，叠合板上的电线配管需要在叠合板的适当的位置留着预留孔，便于在填充墙砌筑时进行二次配管，将板上的电线管接入到墙内的开关盒上。
叠合板线管接入填充墙处的预留孔，在现浇结构中往往直接伸出电线管。但在预制构件台模生产时，由于底模是流水线上的全钢台模，管子无法伸出，留到和台模面平齐又不便于管子的接管。

实用新型目的：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种用于叠合板配管预留接口施工的模块，解决了在预制构件台模生产时，管子无法伸出，留到和台模面平齐又不便于管子的接管的问题。
技术方案：本实用新型所述的一种用于叠合板配管预留接口的模块，所述模块为水泥砂浆套管块，其厚度与叠合板的厚度相等，两侧开有贯通孔，所述贯通孔便于两根线管穿过。
进一步地，所述贯通孔截面的宽度大于或等于50mm。
一种叠合板配管预留接口的施工工艺，包括如下步骤：首先制作上述的模块；然后将制作好的模块固定到台模上；最后在台模上浇筑叠合板，模块直接浇筑在叠合板上；省掉了拆除的时间，同时砂浆块的成本比较低，并且便于提前预制。
进一步地，所述模块通过磁铁盒吸附在台模上予以固定。
填充墙砌筑前先将线管从该预留口中接出，砌筑时先和墙内的二次配管连接上，完成完整的配管工作。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，其有益效果是：本实用新型所述的用于叠合板配管预留接口施工的模块，该模块结构简单，成本低廉，且施工过程中省掉了模块拆除的时间，解决了在预制构件台模生产时，管子无法伸出，留到和台模面平齐又不便于管子的接管的问题。

具体实施方式

如图1和2所示，一种用于叠合板配管预留接口施工的模块，所述模块1为水泥砂浆套管块，其厚度与叠合板的厚度相等，两侧开有贯通孔，所述贯通孔截面的宽度大于或等于50mm，所述贯通孔便于两根线管穿过。
一种叠合板配管预留接口的施工工艺，包括如下步骤：首先制作上述的模块1；然后将制作好的模块1通过磁铁盒吸附在台模2上予以固定；最后在台模2上浇筑叠合板3，模块1直接浇筑在叠合板3上。
填充墙砌筑前先将线管从该预留口中接出，砌筑时先和墙内的二次配管连接上，完成完整的配管工作。
