发明内容
本实用新型提供一种能上下滑动的幼儿DIY玩具，其不但能锻炼幼儿拼贴、装饰等能力，还能模仿升旗仪式，使旗缓缓上升降落，同时还可以加强幼儿对物理定滑轮原理的学习与了解，趣味性强。 
本实用新型具体采用的技术方案是： 
一种能上下滑动的幼儿DIY玩具，其特征是，包括 
基座； 
直杆，呈扁平状，固定在基座上，直杆的顶部和底部各有一个安装孔； 
两个定滑轮，分别固定于直杆顶部和底部的安装孔内； 
轴线，缠绕在定滑轮上，轴线上粘贴有小旗。 
所述定滑轮包括转轴，所述转轴截面呈阶梯形，其后端设有可拆装的固定装置。 
本实用新型在销售时为散装部件，配合课程设计，儿童可对上述的部件进行组装并装饰，使本实用新型整体为课程中的形状构造。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型安装方便、稳固，其不但能锻炼幼儿拼贴、组装等能力，还可以锻炼幼儿手指灵活度，趣味无穷，同时可以让幼儿认知简单的科学原理及升国旗知识，启迪智慧。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，一种能绕轴上下滑动的儿童DIY玩具，包括基座5，基座5上固定直杆4，直杆4位扁平状，其顶部和底部各有一个安装孔8，安装孔8内分别固定有两个定滑轮1，定滑轮1上缠绕轴线2，轴线2上粘贴有小旗3，所述定滑轮1包括转轴6，所述转轴6截面呈阶梯形，其后端设有可拆装的固定装置7。 
本实用新型使用时，按照教程或教师指导，加工、装饰后，转动手转滑轮，小旗可以上下自由滑动，寓教于乐，效果显著。

基座；
直杆，呈扁平状，固定在基座上，直杆的顶部和底部各有一个安装孔；
两个定滑轮，分别固定于直杆顶部和底部的安装孔内；
轴线，缠绕在定滑轮上，轴线上粘贴有小旗。
