本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：防倒杯包括：杯体、收放锁环、支架、支架槽，其特征为：收放锁环由内外两层组成，中间夹有滚珠活动连接，收放锁环内侧固定于杯壁，外侧连接活动支架，支架槽用于收放支架。收放锁环顺时针转动时支架从支架槽弹出，支撑杯体，逆时针转动时支架被收起放回支架槽。
本发明的有益效果是 一种防倒杯，能在晃动的车厢中不倾倒，防止茶水烫伤旅客。
