本实用新型公开了一种铅酸蓄电池防反极结构,在电池正极铅极柱圆柱底部外侧设有小凸起,电池上盖负极柱安装孔内端面一侧有限位条。本实用新型用于铅酸蓄电池极柱与上盖的组装部位,若电池上盖装反,所述小凸起便会顶住限位条,上盖无法与桶体吻和,因而杜绝了电池在装配过程中出现反极现象,减少了电池的报废,节约了电池制造成本。

背景技术
铅酸蓄电池作为当今最为成熟的二次电池,以其原材料资源丰富、生产工艺简单、使用安全可靠、成本低、可回收再利用等优点,越来越受到人们的青睐和重视。多数铅酸蓄电池的结构设计中,正、负极柱对称设置,电池上盖也是对称的,通常在上盖上有“十”、“一”标记,以区分正、负极柱。但在装配上盖时,如果不小心,上盖装反了,就会出现反极现象,造成生产中的电池报废。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既能方便操作,不影响生产效率,又能防止反极现象,提高成品率的铅酸蓄电池防反极结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是:铅酸蓄电池防反极结构,其改进之处是电池正极铅极柱圆柱底部外侧设有小凸起,电池上盖负极柱安装孔内端面一侧有限位条,该限位条的高度大于所述小凸起的上端面到上盖极柱安装孔内端面的距离。
本实用新型用于铅酸蓄电池,特别是军用170电池的极柱与上盖的组装部位,若电池上盖装反,正、负极柱安装孔与正、负极柱不相对应,则所述小凸起便会顶住限位条,于是上盖与桶体无法吻合,因而杜绝了电池装配过程中出现反极现象,减少电池报废,节约制造成本,而且该结构方便操作,不影响原电池组装效率。

参见附图,电池的正极铅极柱3和负极铅极柱2安装在上盖1的分别带有“十”和“一”标记的极柱孔内,正极铅极柱3的圆柱底部外侧设有小凸起4,该小凸起为半圆形铅铸件,上盖带有“一”标记的负极柱安装孔的内端面一侧有限位条5,该限位条的高度h大于小凸起4的上端面到上盖的极柱安装孔内端面的距离a(正、负极柱安装孔的内端面齐平)。
