Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种线缆标签，该标签上设置有供扎线扣穿过的通孔，还设置有多个敲落孔，且敲落孔由不连续环形切缝形成，每个敲落孔均设置有标识。对线缆进行标记时，只需要敲掉线缆标识所对应的敲落孔的中间材料即可，可用于标记不同用途的电缆，通用性高，且便于管理。

本实用新型涉及电子技术领域，尤其涉及一种线缆标签。
背景技术
目前市场上常见的电子类产品的设备常常有大量的线缆连接，对于同一类线缆，如果没有特殊的标记，很容易搞混，造成误插误连，一种常用的办法是在线缆靠近两端及中间的位置加挂标签，以标示线缆的功能和用途。由于很多线缆的用途是需要在现场确定的，不同的线缆需要不同的标签，标签的通用性低，在使用时容易出错，不便于管理，工程安装成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种线缆标签，旨在提高线缆标签的通用性。
为实现上述目的本实用新型提出一种线缆标签，所述标签上设置有供扎线扣穿过的通孔，所述标签上还设置有多个敲落孔，所述敲落孔为不连续环形切缝，敲掉中间材料后，形成通孔，所述每个敲落孔均设置有标识。
优选地，所述不连续环形切缝为至少一处不连续。
优选地，所述敲落孔的标识设置在敲落孔内、敲落孔附近或包围敲落孔。
优选地，所述标签上设有凸台。
优选地，所述凸台位于所述标签的一端。
本实用新型所提出的线缆标签，在标签上设置有敲落孔，且敲落孔由不连续环形切缝形成，每个敲落孔均设置有标识。对线缆进行标记时，只需要敲掉线缆标识所对应的敲落孔的中间材料即可，可用于标记不同用途的电缆，通用性高，且便于管理。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例就本实用新型的技术方案做进一步的说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型，并不用于限定本实用新型。
参照图1和图2，图1为本实用新型线缆标签的较佳实施例的结构示意图，图2为本实用新型敲落孔的放大结构示意图。
本实施例所提出的线缆标签100，设置有供扎线扣穿过的通孔110，还设置有多个敲落孔120，且敲落孔120为不连续环形切缝121，敲掉中间材料122后，形成通孔，每个敲落孔120均设置有标识。
由于在线缆标签100上设置有多个敲落孔120，且每个敲落孔120的标识不同，当需要用标签100来标记电缆的用途时，只需要敲掉该电缆的标识所对应的敲落孔120的中间材料122即可。在使用过程中，线缆标签100上通孔110所对应的标识即为该线缆的标识，该线缆标签100可用于标记多种线缆，通用性强，且由于标签100种类少，便于工程的安装管理。
在本实施例中，敲落孔120的不连续环形切缝121为至少一处不连续。在生产时，敲落孔120的环形切缝121可为一处不连续或多处不连续，以实际需要来确定。
在本实施例中，敲落孔120的标识设置在敲落孔120内、敲落孔120附近或包围敲落孔120。在生产时，标签100上敲落孔120的标识的位置可根据实施情况而定。
在本实施例中，敲落孔120的标识为文字或图案。敲落孔120的标识不仅仅是通过文字或图案标识，也可结合敲落孔120的形状来表示敲落孔120所代表的线缆的标识，一个线缆的标识可能为一个，也可能为多个。
在本实施例中，在线缆标签100上设有凸台130。
在确定线缆的用途后，根据线缆的用途，选择对应的标识，利用一个线缆标签100上的凸台130用力按压另一线缆标签100对应标识的敲落孔120的中间材料122，并把中间材料122顶掉，然后将扎线扣穿过线缆标签100上对应的通孔110，将标签100捆扎在线缆上。
在本实施例中，线缆标签100上的凸台130优选设置在标签的一端。在生产时容易成型，且使用方便。
在使用过程中，只需要两个线缆标签100通过凸台130，互相顶掉其所对应的敲落孔120的中间材料122即可，不需要通过其他工具来完成，使用方便。

Claims (5)

1.一种线缆标签，所述标签上设置有供扎线扣穿过的通孔，其特征在于，所述标签上还设置有多个敲落孔，所述敲落孔由不连续环形切缝形成，所述每个敲落孔均设置有标识。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线缆标签，其特征在于，所述不连续环形切缝至少一处不连续。
3.根据权利要求2所述的线缆标签，其特征在于，所述敲落孔的标识设置在敲落孔内、敲落孔附近或包围敲落孔。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的线缆标签，其特征在于，所述标签上设有凸台。
5.根据权利要求4所述的线缆标签，其特征在于，所述凸台位于所述标签的一端。
