 本实用新型涉及一种电容屏,特别涉及曲面电容屏。
背景技术
目前电容式触摸屏通常为平面结构,或者是触摸面为弧面,另外一面为平面结构。其主要组成为最少一面为平面结构的盖板玻璃、中间为薄膜透明光学胶、另一面为平面结构的电容式玻璃传感器,再加上连接在玻璃传感器上的柔性电路板。目前电容式触摸屏均为平面结构,限制了电容式触摸屏的应用范围,很多需要曲面的人机交换界面或输入设备不能使用电容式触摸屏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种曲面结构的电容屏,扩大电容式触摸屏的应用范围,满足曲面的人机交换界面需要。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采取以下技术方案,曲面电容屏,柔性电路板与电容式传感器连接,曲面盖板玻璃与电容式传感器之间贴有光学胶。
所述光学胶是薄膜光学胶或紫外线固化液态光学胶。
本实用新型的优点在于,通过薄膜光学胶或液态光学胶将曲面结构的盖板玻璃和可弯曲的电容式传感器粘结在一起,再通过把柔性电路板连接到传感器上,从而形成了新型的曲面电容式触摸屏,能满足曲面的人机交换界面的需要,扩大了电容式触摸屏的应用范围。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明,参见图1至图2,曲面电容屏,柔性电路板4与电容式传感器3连接,弧面盖板玻璃1与电容式传感器3之间贴有光学胶2。
所述光学胶2是薄膜光学胶或紫外线固化液态光学胶。
实施例1:本实用新型较佳实施例是将柔性电路板4先连接到电容式传感器3上,薄膜光学胶21先贴在电容式传感器3上,在将盖板玻璃1贴在薄膜光学胶上,通过真空加压固化。
实施例2:本实用新型另一较佳实施例是将柔性电路板4先连接到电容式传感器3上,紫外线固化液态光学胶22涂布在电容式传感器3上,在将盖板玻璃1贴在紫外线固化液态光学胶上,通过UV光照射固化。

1.曲面电容屏,其特征在于,柔性电路板与电容式传感器连接,弧面盖板玻璃与电容式传感器之间贴有光学胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的曲面电容屏,其特征在于,所述光学胶是薄膜光学胶或紫外线固化液态光学胶。
